Wonderful experience 3 and a half year ago. I WOULDNT put your kid in now. Told me my son was going to get bullied if I put him in a new school due to neglect huge staff over turn serious injuries of another child. My child sent to baby room as punishment and now he dosent like babies. Dark room curtains closed. No activities set out. I bought balls sand pit toys as they don’t BUY anything new it’s all old. Those balls I bought are the only balls I seen them play with recently while being there so seems to me they had no or old balls. Kids just entertaining themselves. It’s a baby sitting service. Solomon is wonderful and I will always speak highly of him. Hearing also that we have followed a band wagon of “false accusations” and pulled our kids out is disgusting when we all have the evidence. No accountability. An apology would have been wonderful and change. I had faith in them

I’m so grateful for my placement experience at the Engadine Kindy Castle centre. A special thank you to my mentors—especially Solomon, Dalal, and Bianca—for their constant support, guidance, and encouragement throughout my placement. I learned so much with their help, and I will carry these skills and experiences into my professional career. Thank you for making my placement journey so smooth, supportive, and truly educational.

My children have been attending kindy castle since 2021 and its so refreshing to see such a kind, brilliant male role model - Soloman. He is such a positive addition to the centre and I have nothing but great things to say about him and the impact he is having on my son.

We cannot speak highly enough of this childcare centre. Both of my children have attended here from the age of 2 right through until they started school, and it has truly been a second home for our family. From the very beginning, the care, love, and dedication shown by the educators has been outstanding. Knowing that my children were safe, supported, and genuinely cared for each day gave me complete peace of mind as a parent. The centre has played such a huge role in my children’s growth socially, emotionally, and academically and they have thrived with school transitioning because of it. A very special mention must go to Miss Dalal and Miss Bianca. These two incredible educators have truly been second mothers to my children. The bond they have built with them over the years is something so special and something we will be forever grateful for. My kids absolutely adore them, and it speaks volumes about the warmth, patience, and genuine love they bring to their roles every single day. Both Miss Dalal and Miss Bianca have been at the centre for the entire time my children attended, which says so much about the consistency and quality of care provided here. The director also deserves special recognition. She is incredibly approachable, always willing to listen, and genuinely takes on board any feedback or concerns raised. I have always felt heard and respected as a parent, and it is clear that she truly cares about both the families and the ongoing improvement of the centre. While I would love to name every staff member because they all deserve recognition, these two hold a particularly special place in our hearts as my children’s favourites. The entire team works together to create a nurturing, welcoming, and supportive environment where children are encouraged to be themselves, learn, and grow with confidence. We are so thankful for the memories, friendships, and foundations this centre has given our children. I would highly recommend this childcare centre to any family looking for a place where their children will be genuinely loved, respected, and cared for as if they were their own. Highly recommended thus Kindy!

Both my kids attend Kindy Castle and they love it. My son (who does not easily attach to new people) has grown particularly close with Mr Solomon. He is a loving, caring and supportive educator who has made him feel comfortable and excited for his days at the centre. My son regularly tells me how much he loves him and how they are best friends!

I would strongly encourage families to think very carefully before choosing this centre. During our time at Kindy Castle, I found the service to be consistently unprofessional and often visibly understaffed. Basic questions were frequently left unanswered, and communication overall was poor, which left me feeling uneasy as a parent. A Major concern was that parents are not allowed inside the centre at any time not for collection, not to see where their children spend their day, and not to meet with educators in the learning environment. You are greeted outside a locked door, which made the entire experience feel closed-off and lacking transparency. I fought this argument weekly and only upon notifying them that we were leaving was I granted access into the centre but no other family allowed. The centre manager was rarely present or visible, to the point where I often wouldn’t have known if she worked there or not. This absence of leadership and accountability was extremely concerning, especially in an early childhood setting where trust, visibility, and professional oversight are essential. Due to only 3 amazing staff did we remain at the centre as long as we did and one has since left. Since moving away and my children to another centre, they have absolutely excelled both developmentally and emotionally which has only confirmed that the issues we experienced were due to the environment and management at Kindy Castle. I would strongly recommend potential families take these factors into consideration. We have been gone from the centre for some months now and still it sits unwell with me that I left my children there that long.

We’ve had such a wonderful welcoming experience at Kindy Castle Engadine! From the moment we first visited, we felt warmly welcomed by the staff and were thoroughly shown around the facilities. The environment is safe, clean, and clearly designed with children’s needs in mind. My children settled in quickly and are always happy to go each day, which is a huge relief as a parent. The educators are caring and attentive, and there’s always a wide range of engaging activities for my kids to enjoy - everything from creative arts to outdoor play and learning games. It’s been very reassuring to see how comfortable and confident my children have become here. I highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a supportive, fun, and nurturing space for their little ones.
