The high standard of service and unwavering dedication from your team have truly impressed us. Our son has shown significant improvement in various areas, and it is evident that he has formed meaningful relationships with both his educators and peers. My 15 months daughter was enrolled to this day care enter as we heard of great things about Montessori Academy. IM WRITING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE I DONT WANT ANY OTHER PARENTS TO GO THROUGH THIS. 19 July 2023: i attended the centre to pick up my daughter at around 11.30am. He saw her crying alone in a baby bouncer while the other children were having free play. At the time she was almost 15month old and about 13kg and over the maximum weight limit, which makes it extremely dangerous. 26 July 2023: she started her first full day at daycare. She does not appear to have been involved in any indoor and outdoor group activities. She was not in any of the pictures. I spoke to you about it briefly and you said that she may have been doing something else at the time. I let it go. Nappy change log shows no nappy changes between 10.40am and 3.04pm. She napped between 12.35 and 1.25pm. Why wasn't her nappy changed when she woke up? Nappy change 3 appears to be missing so once gain I let it go thinking there was an error in putting in the logs and NC3 was excluded. 28 July 2023: My daughter is involved in the group activities according to the pictures received. No nappy changes between 11.37am and 3.38pm. She napped between 12.30-1.15pm. Again why wasn't her nappy changed when she woke up? 2 August 2023: She does not appear to be in any group activities. Upon further inspection of one of the pictures and zooming in, she is seen strapped to a highchair alone, in a corner facing the book shelf. According to the daily report, 4 educators were working that day. In another group activity picture of the same group activity, 3 educators are on the floor with the children, 1 is taking the picture. She is not seen in the picture. Where was she? who was looking after her? Was she in the corner in the highchair facing the wall alone, neglected? According to the logs there were no nappy change between 10.50amd and 3.03pm. She napped between 12.10 and 1.40pm. The nappy at 3.03pm is "soiled" and she came home with the worst nappy rash she's ever had. Why wasn't her nappy changed when she woke at 1.40pm? Today, 3 August 2023, I came into the centre to speak to the room leader about what happened yesterday. I asked why she wasn't in any group activities and what she was doing when all the children were in the circle. The room leader said she was playing at the activity wall and brought my wife and I into the room to show us. When we showed her the picture of her in the highchair (when according to the room leader she was playing with the activity wall), the room leader said my daughter was eating at the time. If you zoom in on the picture, there was no food on the tray. We were lied to about what she was doing. The room leader later said that my daughter was very fussy and crying and disrupting everyone and said something along the lines of "what am I supposed to do with her?". Read more

Not only do they neglect your child and do the bare minimum they will blatantly lie to your face when presented with evidence of their wrong doings. My husband found my 15month old crying alone in a baby bouncer when he went and picked her up. 2 weeks later I noticed that my child was missing from the group activity pictures and when I zoom in I see that she has been strapped to a high chair facing the wall while all the educators and children were in a circle doing story time or song time. When I asked the room leader where my daughter was the following day she said my daughter was playing by herself. When I showed her the picture she changed her story and said my daughter was eating. There’s no food in sight. When pressed further she said your daughter was crying and being disruptive what do you want me to do? Maybe she should have done her job and not neglect my child. I then asked the area manager to view cctv footage as she said she was going to extract it and view it. But what do you know? She emailed and said there was a blind spot where my daughter was. What a complete joke and poor excuse of a child care facility. Don’t send your baby there unless you want them neglected and be lied to. I suppose if you want to leave your child in a corner strapped to a highchair you can do it at home and save yourself the $150/day. Read more
