It feels like a home away from home for our little man. Dropping off is always the hardest part of the day but we have so much confidence in the educators that this process is so much easier than we ever imagined. Thank you to all the staff for such a great experience.

My 4 year old daughter started 5 months ago at Maitland. It was her first time in care and is my youngest of 3. I was nervous to commence the search as it had been 8 years since I’ve had to use childcare. From our first meet with Centre Director, Lucy We felt so welcomed. All of my reservations were eased. She was informative and professional. So easy to talk to and showed pride and a strong care for her centre and the children in their care. The staff throughout the centre are so kind and friendly. They show so much care, compassion and kindness with the children. It is clear as you walk through the centre that all staff display the same level of professionalism and compassion for ALL children not just those in their room. We are so happy to be a part of such a safe and dedicated centre with the highest regard for our children’s safety, wellbeing and pre school development.

Moving my son to Maitland St Nicholas has been a positive change for our family. The process and transition was smooth for myself and husband as a parents and for my son, who once again is excited to go to care. We all feel so welcome every time we walk into this center. Staff are happy and caring and the director Lucy is organised and follows up promptly.

My boys absolutely adore their teachers and it’s always heartwarming to see the genuine connections and relationships that they have built. Couldn’t ask for more caring and friendly staff, because I simply don’t think they exist.

I cannot speak more highly of the staff at St Nicholas Maitland. The educators are professional, kind and caring. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of my children. They work collaboratively with families to set goals to work towards and foster their individual needs. It is always a pleasure to walk into the centre and be met with such a happy and caring environment.
