It’s hard to believe that this is my daughter’s last year at daycare before she starts prep next year. She has been part of this centre for three wonderful years and absolutely loves it here. She has made such amazing friends, and it’s bittersweet knowing she won’t get to see many of them again at school. Over the years, she has grown so much — thanks to the incredible educators who have supported her learning, nurtured her curiosity, and cared for her with so much love while I was at work. She adores her educators — Miss Neelam, Miss Dilini and Miss Uygen who have made each day so much fun and full of learning. A big thank you also to the management team, Miss Sue and Miss Rasanga. We truly appreciate the whole team for always listening to parents, creating such fun events, and making every day special for the children. And last but not least, the lovely Miss Clare, who brightens everyone’s day with her warm smile and delicious meals for our little ones. We’re so grateful for all the memories, care, and support over the years. This place will always hold a special spot in our hearts. Read more

The management and educators truly go above and beyond to care for the children — it’s not just a childcare centre, it feels like a community. You can tell how passionate they are about creating a nurturing, fun, and safe environment where every child is valued. One of the lovely touches is the morning coffee station for parents — an absolute lifesaver on those busy mornings when you need a little pick-me-up (and yes, it’s free!). It’s such a thoughtful gesture that really shows how much they care about supporting families too. The chef is incredible — the food they prepare for the children is not only healthy and balanced but smells amazing every day! You can tell the kids love it. If you’re looking for a centre where your child will be loved, supported, and encouraged to grow — and where parents are genuinely made to feel part of the family — then this is the place. 💕 Read more

My son has been attending grow for the last 2 years and Miss Ella has been with us since the beginning. She is the most kind, patient and dedicated educator you could ask for to care for your little one. My son has some special needs and Miss Ella and the centre have been so supportive in delivering the extra care he requires on a daily basis. I can't say it enough how grateful I am to have such a special place to send my son where I know he will be loved, well cared for and have the best time. The facilities are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed to foster learning and play, with engaging activities that keep the kids excited every day. What truly stands out is the director, Sue—her calm and nice approach creates such a positive atmosphere, always taking the time to listen to parents' concerns and handle everything with genuine kindness and patience. If you tell the educators where you would like them to exceed, they really do go above & beyond to help them. Miss Ianne & Miss Miji have been INCREDIBLE for my daughter in the tiny tots room! Always so welcoming and happy to help with my daughter. They put in alot of effort for special days, food is good, educators are passionate & all around a really friendly environment for all children. My kids LOVE it here and so do I. We could not be happier with the care and facilities at Grow Bridgeman Downs. We moved our son to Grow at the start of... We could not be happier with the care and facilities at Grow Bridgeman Downs. We moved our son to Grow at the start of the year after having a disappointing experience at another centre. The team at Grow have been more than accomodating to all our ‘over the top’ needs. Their communication is fantastic. Our son is so stimulated with the outdoor facilities and playground, multiple incursions each week, constant learning in play and new experiences with arts and craft. He comes home full everyday, experiencing a better menu choice than I’ve been had! The management team and all centre staff are lovely to deal with, you can see and feel that they are passionate about what they do and want to be apart of ours son’s development. Couldn’t recommend this centre highly enough. We look forward to watching him hit all his future milestones in the years to come with Grow Bridgeman Downs. Read more

Great educators.But management at Grow child care,Bridgeman Downs was really disappointing.I sent multiple emails to centre manager regarding my daughter’s ‘free kindy’ program.But... Great educators.But management at Grow child care,Bridgeman Downs was really disappointing.I sent multiple emails to centre manager regarding my daughter’s ‘free kindy’ program.But never received any reply or proper response from management about 15 hours free kindy program.Management never responded to my enquiry regarding days and fees that cover free kindy program.Sue and team never informed me ,that Fridays won’t get covered in free kindy program.Later I realised from some other child care centre that Fridays won’t cover in free kindy program.Without knowing about Fridays,I paid a good amount as child care fees for my daughter for her kindergarten at Grow at Bridgeman Downs last year.
