The team creates a supportive, well-structured, and positive environment that reflects a very high standard of excellence. I am particularly impressed by the clear communication, strong teamwork, and dedication to maintaining quality in every aspect. The management’s commitment to both staff and children fosters a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere. It is truly a privilege to be associated with such a well-managed and highly respected centre. Mini Masterminds Betty Cuthbert Avenue has been such a positive and nurturing place for our son, Billy, and we are incredibly grateful for the care and dedication of the team there. From the very beginning, the teachers have been incredibly helpful in establishing routines for Billy that align closely with what we do at home. They offer thoughtful advice, genuinely listen to parents, and always take into account both the child’s and family’s individual needs. Miss Mia, the Centre Director, is fantastic — she leads with warmth and professionalism, and it’s clear she supports her staff exceptionally well. Billy’s room leaders and teachers, have been absolutely wonderful! When Billy first started, he experienced severe separation anxiety and cried every time I left him for nearly four months. The staff handled this with such empathy, patience, and care. They kept me reassured with regular phone updates and thoughtful mentions in the parent app’s daily posts, which made such a difference during that challenging transition. The communication from the centre is outstanding. The app updates are detailed and consistent, covering meals, toileting, sleep, photos, and any incidents if needed, which gives parents real peace of mind. The sleeping arrangements are also excellent — in the baby room they have cots, and as children transition out of cots they provide little floor stretchers, which made Billy’s move from cot sleeping seamless and stress-free. The facilities themselves are wonderful, with plenty of space for children to play, explore, learn, and simply be kids. The centre also creates such a lovely sense of community by hosting special events where parents, grandparents, and family members can attend, such as Easter, Halloween, and Christmas celebrations. They also thoughtfully acknowledge and celebrate cultural occasions like Diwali and Ramadan, which reflects their inclusive and respectful environment. Another standout is the food — the chef is absolutely fantastic. The meals are healthy, nutritious, beautifully prepared, and well-rounded, and Billy always enjoys them. It’s reassuring knowing he is being fed such quality food each day. What stands out most is how much Billy has grown since attending Mini Masterminds. He has come out of his shell, become more social, started making friends, and even his eating and sleeping have improved. Seeing him now happily give his teachers high fives and cuddles says everything about how safe, loved, and comfortable he feels there. The consistent rostering of familiar staff has been key in helping Billy build trust and confidence, and it’s clear that the educators truly care about each child. You can genuinely tell the staff love what they do and love the children in their care. They also actively seek parent feedback and, importantly, implement it — which makes families feel truly heard and valued. We are so thankful for the wonderful role these lovely educators play in Billy’s life and ours. Mini Masterminds is exceptional because of its amazing staff, and I highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a caring, communicative, supportive, and inclusive early learning environment.

My daughter has been attending this Mini Masterminds center for the past 2 years, and she is loving it. She started at the baby room and is just about to switch to the preschool room. Educators in all rooms have been so kind and patient with her from the start and she loves them all. As a parent, I appreciate the care provided to my child and the rich experiences the center offers to the children. They do many fun activities, language, music and sport included, and an occasional incursion which I hope will continue in future.

A centre that feels like a community! Great culture, very multicultural and inclusive. Everyone knows each other, and beautiful friendships, from little ones to families to educators blossom here!

My child has been attending Mini masterminds SOP and the experience has been really positive. In particular, there are always a range of activities and regular, dedicated educators who work hard to provide quality care. I’ve found the communication, hygiene and level of engagement provided to be positive. A well run centre overall.

Mini mastermind has been an amazing centre to our son. Miss Mia and the educators has had a great contribution in developing my childs skills. With so many activities everyday he looks forward to attend the centre. Miss Mia have always been very prompt and helpful whenever i have needed any favor or help. Would deifinitely recommend this centre if you are looking for a daycare.

Not been long but love mini masterminds SOP 1 all the educators caring my 3months old daughter like their own lovely environment for children and families

My daughter is in the Explorer class, and I can’t thank the educators enough for how amazing they’ve been. They’re so kind, caring, and truly treat her like their own. It was really hard for me to go back to work and be away from her, but they made the whole process so much easier. Seeing how happy and settled she is every day gives me so much peace of mind. I’m so grateful for the love and care they show her, it means the world to me.
