I would just like to say thank you to jo and all the staff at Happy Sprouts, for making us feel so comfortable and welcome. I was a little nervous about sending my little boy to daycare because I have never sent my other children but I am so glad I have. They welcome him with open arms every morning and nothing is ever to much to ask. Words cannot describe how appreciative we are. The workers are so kind and my boy feels so comfortable with each and every single one of them. He even grabs his little daycare bag of a morning and waits by the door excited for his day at happy sprouts. We can't thank you enough for the effort you put in with my little babe. :)

My child attends Happy Sprouts in Beveridge and we absolutely love the centre. All of the staff are so welcoming and it is evident that they care for the children. Jo, the centre manager is open to feedback and is very approachable. Thank you to all the staff there - you guys are amazing and we appreciate you :)

Happy sprouts has been nothing but amazing for my daughter I really wish I had started her sooner. From our first tour to now couldn't be happier with the care that has been provided. Jo and the educators have been fantastic. Daily updates and photos and an easy to use app.

My almost 2-year-old has been attending Happy Sprouts Beveridge for a couple of months now, and we’ve had such a positive experience so far. From the beginning Jo has been kind and patient, even when I was nervous about starting childcare, and all of the educators have been equally lovely and welcoming. The communication and photo updates throughout the day give me peace of mind, and it’s been reassuring to see my son gain confidence and walk in each day without hesitation. Seeing our son engaged, smiling and enjoying himself gives me confidence that I made the right decision choosing Happy Sprouts.

Both of my children have been attending Happy Sprouts for a month now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. As a parent of two neurodivergent children who require extra support—especially my youngest—I was initially anxious about finding the right childcare and kindergarten environment. However, the care, understanding, and professionalism shown by the educators at Happy Sprouts have truly lifted a weight off my shoulders. Both of my children have settled in beautifully. My youngest, who usually finds it difficult to connect with people, absolutely adores his teachers, particularly Ayomi and Jaswinder. My daughter comes home every day full of smiles and excitement, always talking about how much she loves her teacher, Arvinder. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about each child’s individual needs and go above and beyond to create a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive environment. I highly recommend Happy Sprouts, especially for parents of neurodivergent children looking for a place where their kids can truly thrive.

I had the privilege of taking a tour through Happy Sprouts with Jo today & was delighted with what I saw. Kids were happily playing, staff were engaging with children and there was so many fun activities for kids across all rooms. Ratios, especially for the baby room is exceptional compared to other centres and the menu was diverse and looked delicious. I particularly love how children have the opportunity to grow their own food (such as cabbage) and it is cooked as part of their lunch. Such a fantastic way to encourage kids to eat new foods! Jo, the centre manager was exceptional. She knew all the kids and parents by name. She was friendly & engaging with children throughout the whole tour! I especially love her focus on building a community within the centre. Their book library book within the centre AND at the front is incredible. Definately worth checking out their book library if you're walking in the area! Keep up the fantastic work to you all. X

We’ve been made to feel anything but Happy Sprouts! The centre may look lovely with the exception of a couple of nice staff, but they do not follow the philosophy on their website, or inclusion of children who are neurodivergent or have a disability, if you have a child with ASD or ADHD the staff are not properly trained to help children like mine, any sign of a kid being too hard for them they will tell you they have an ‘exit policy’, never in my life have I heard of such a thing, the environment my child was in at the centre didn’t make him comfortable, and the staff aren’t trained enough to have helped him accordingly, I’m honestly so disgusted in how the staff have made my children feel and my family, they didn’t take the right measures to properly assist my children and feel included, and majority of the staff are hard to understand let alone understand my child needs and simply didn’t care about making my kids feel comfortable and included, or feed them when hungry, and learn how my kids best feel happy and safe Never in my life have I been made to feel this way and see my son so upset by all this, if you have neurodivergent children, don’t send them here! Train your staff to be more educated and understanding, and take the right steps to assist everyone, you need to do better! I hope this never happens to any other family!

Will not be recommending this centre to anyone. They advertise themselves as a caring, friendly place for your child. This was NOT the experience for my family member. To say that I'm disappointed and upset is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Just because you are in a quiet part of Melbourne, doesn't mean you can get away with what you did to my family. You assured us you would cater for our child with special needs. This ended up not being the case. We were made to feel like second class citizens. Your centre should not be operating if you can only handle NORMAL children. The stress and anxiety you have caused our family is unacceptable and unprofessional. You need to DO BETTER. Employ properly trained staff !!!!
