Love this place from Day, I love how Jo manages her wonderful team of educators. It’s a great centre

I am deeply disappointed by the way my grandchild and family were treated at this centre. Promises were made about supporting my grandchild’s needs, but when support was actually needed, they failed us. Instead, our family was left feeling judged, stressed, and completely let down. No child should be made to feel unwelcome or excluded. Very upsetting and unacceptable.

Absolutely would not recommend this centre to any family. They present themselves as a warm, caring, and supportive environment for children, but that was far from our experience. No family should be made to feel like their child is a burden simply because they require extra care and patience. The stress, frustration, and anxiety this centre has caused our family has been overwhelming. Families trust you with their children, and that trust should not be taken lightly. Serious improvements are needed, starting with better-trained staff and management who actually care.

Both of my children attend happy sprouts, one in toddlers and another in Kinder and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Seeing how far both my kids have come since starting care with them has been amazing and the staff are fantastic 👏

Extremely disappointed with the way this centre has handled our family’s experience. What should have been a safe and supportive environment for our child turned into the complete opposite. After our child was slapped in the face by an educator, we expected care, understanding, and proper support. Instead, the centre chose to exclude our child due to issues that developed as a direct result of the distress caused while in their care. Since raising our concerns, management particularly Jo has failed to respond and has shown no accountability or compassion. The lack of professionalism and communication has been unacceptable.

Absolutely disgraceful excuse for a “care” service. Our experience with the centre manager, Jo, has been extremely disappointing. After our child was hit in the face by one of the educators, instead of providing support and care following such a distressing incident, the centre chose to terminate our child’s attendance due to behavioural issues that were clearly a result of the anxiety and trauma caused while in their care. To make matters worse, management has ignored multiple emails and failed to respond or take any accountability. The lack of communication, compassion, and professionalism has been shocking. Relevant authorities have been contacted and investigations into these matters are ongoing.

Since starting at Happy Sprouts in January our 3 year old comes home happy and full of exciting stories about the days adventures. They have done amazingly with our 6 week old starting even adhering to his strict paediatric requirements. Jo and all staff are welcoming of every family that walks through the door and are more then accommodating to help with any new experiences or issues your child or children have. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Awesome care 5 stars for this Childcare/kindergarden

We couldn’t be happier with the care our oldest daughter receives at this daycare. From the very beginning, the educators have created such a warm, welcoming environment that made her feel safe and comfortable settling in. One thing that has truly stood out is how the educators gently encourage her to communicate and build confidence in speaking. They use songs, music, and playful interaction in such a thoughtful way, which has really helped her open up and express herself more. It’s been wonderful to see her grow more confident each day, often coming home singing the songs she’s learned. The team is caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. Knowing our daughter is supported, encouraged, and happy makes all the difference. We’re so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on her early learning journey.

I honestly cannot recommend this place enough . As an anxious mum after putting my kids in daycare Jo always made me feel reassured and comfortable. The center is beautiful clean and the staff are absolutely lovely . I’ve worked at many centers and this is the top of the range ! Keep up the good work happy sprouts 😊
