We chose this centre based on its 5-star reviews, but unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing. In our view, the reviews do not reflect the reality we encountered.<br>The centre head/Director, Ann (or Anna), has been extremely rude in her communication and handling of our concerns, which made the situation even more stressful.<br>During enrolment, we were quoted one fee structure. After we signed up, the fees were increased and we were told this was the standard rate. We were also not informed about additional charges for direct debit or credit card payments, and there appears to be no option to avoid these extra fees.<br>Despite several follow-ups on our part, the centre was unable to properly set up our account. Instead, we were charged late fees and dishonour fees. On multiple occasions, additional amounts such as $50, $20, and $2.50 were charged without clear explanation. When we raised concerns about these charges, the response we received was dismissive, and we were told they were happy to cancel our child’s enrolment.<br>The most upsetting part is that our child had only just started settling in, and we have spent countless hours trying to resolve these issues through emails and follow-ups. Overall, this has been a very stressful and disappointing experience.<br>We would encourage other parents to carefully consider their options, as there are many reputable and well-managed centres available.

MyStory is truly phenomenal - it feels like a home away from home for our little girl. Anna and the entire team have been nothing but exceptional, with a level of care and expertise that has exceeded all my expectations. Our daughter has been thriving and absolutely loves being there. They say it takes a village to raise a child, and I’m so grateful to have found ours at MyStory!

Our daughter has been here since August and recently turned one. From the moment my wife first walked in, she felt completely at peace, which meant everything to us. Anna and Nicole truly run an amazing place. Helena, Jen, Gita and Skye take such loving care of the nursery, and Osheen, Shahida, and Arshiya are so wonderful with her in the afternoons. We love the daily updates and being able to watch our baby grow and progress every day. A special thank you to Suvini for cooking such incredible food for the kids. The entire team is kind, accommodating, and genuinely supportive. This daycare really feels like the village we needed to help raise our little girl.

I can’t recommend My Story enough Both my boys have been all the way through. You can’t replicate the feeling of this place anywhere! The teachers are so nurturing and the Director is so lovely 🥰🥰

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this childcare centre. The educators are kind, patient, and genuinely care about the children. My son is always happy when we drop him off and comes home smiling, which gives us so much peace of mind. The staff communicates well, create a nurturing environment, and put real thought into the activities that support learning and development. It truly feels like a safe and welcoming place, and we’re very grateful to be part of this community. Highly recommend to any parent looking for quality care.

My Story came to the rescue after an awful experience at another preschool which resulted in the company closing down for good! They tucked my sim under their wing with just 1 days notice and we haven’t looked back since! They tucked my staff are all kind and compassionate and are always ready to speak about your child’s needs. They work very much in partnership to give your child the very best education and all round experience. Anything you would like them to support you with and work on they are ready. They will take it all on board and action it. Communication is amazing, they use an app called Storypark which shares photos and explanations of the daily activities which are all carefully linked to the curriculum! They are big on life skills such as dishing up their own lunch, toileting and dressing and getting their own items organised. Their school readiness program is brilliant and very much focussed on individual needs! My son has a wonderful group of friends, he is very very happy and runs into My Story every morning with a big smile on his face! He can’t wait to get in there! That is thanks to the amazing team at My Story and the very best environment they are creating for all! Plus the staff are very happy and I think that speaks volumes for the work environment that has been created. Thank you My Story for giving my son the best start…I shall be sad when he has to leave and go to school!

the staff are wonderful. supportive, nurturing, creative, playful, considerate, safe - all the attributes you want in a childcare facility. we have been exceedingly happy with My Story Dural from day one & have seen our child thrive in their care.

We have been incredibly happy with My Story! Anna and the staff are absolutely amazing in everything they do. Almost instantly, our 3 year old who cried every day at drop off for 2 years came out of his shell, loves school, no more crying. Every need is met in both the Nursary and the Preschool rooms. I love their approach to learning and giving children the foundations for life.
