Between 2020 and 2024, we had tried three different daycare centers, Grow being the third. All three charged the same price, although the experiences were vastly different. At previous centers, issues such as high staff turnover, bullying in classes as young as junior kindy, being brushed over, and even things as simple as changing of clothes or being able to ask about the progress and experience with my child were impossible. I was reluctant to leave a review until I was sure of the experience myself and my now two boys have had with the centre. Grow Early Education has been what I imagined childcare to be in the best way. There are activities such as sign language, foreign language, yoga, physical education, science, baking, and an active celebration of the various cultures within the centre. My children are excited to do these activities, making drop-off a carefree and exciting thing in comparison to experiences past. There is a real sense of commitment to the children and to growth as a centre. I can be quite antisocial yet have had a fabulous couple of years getting to know the staff and seeing them grow within the centre. All procedures are outlined and followed, and no question is left unanswered by staff. All in all, love this centre and I feel blessed to have found it for my boys to enjoy 😊 Read more

Tammy and Marima are so welcoming at the front desk everyday. All the ladies that work there are always doing over and beyond for all the children. Seeing the little ones so happy when on drop off and how welcomed they are by their educators is heart warming. I couldn't recommend this centre enough. When I asked the teachers they said she fell down when I asked my niece she said the kid hit her. I told director about her she in response told me they can not supervise all the places I was so shocked. The worst experience ever. Read more

My grandchildren attend Grow Park Ridge and have a fantastic day every day! The educators in their rooms are absolutely lovely, they are fed delicious meals every day and they have even passed on some of the recipes to make meal times easier. The team at Grow are always welcoming, from the front desk to the girls in the rooms. Thanks for all you do!!! Also, how amazing that at no extra cost our children get to participate in Yoga, music classes and jumping Jim's each week. Read more

My daughter had attended the centre for a week before I lodged my first department complaint on lack of supervision due to my daughter having over 6 bite marks to her face and covered in bruises. I decided to keep her there as a family member was starting work there along with some other staff I knew from her previous childcare centre. Unfortunately it was not the right decision. The lack of communication and care for the children is well below average. There has been several times when I’ve collected my daughter and the staff are just sitting around chatting and she has had a soiled nappy. The staff I knew from the previous have all since left due to the terrible management from the director to the head office. I would not recommend Grow to anybody! Terrible centre and terrible management. A real shame considering it’s a beautiful new centre. And half these 5 star reviews are from your staff. Terrible. Read more

I have just joined the grow early education family and am absolutely blown away with how my 2 kids have adapted to a new childcare facility. From always stressing about what the day will bring to not having to worry at all. Tammy and the team at grow have been exceptional in delivering information about what's coming up, how the kids have been and what they get up to day to day and also how they can help us as a family at home aswell at the centre. I cannot recommend Grow Early Education to any parent who values their child’s well-being and development. The daycare wants top dollar for the bare minimum services they provide. Ever since I’ve been here I’ve had daycare fee issues from day dot. It’s either not taken out or over charged payments with no explanation, & then I have to pay late fees for a problem that wasn’t even mine which ended me being up in debt to the centre. If you bring your child here, be prepared for soggy nappies, soiled clothes & “day stories” that don’t even come to the email on the actual day, in fact you get them as late as 8pm sometimes. Also we’re a family that loves being involved in the dress ups at daycare, but this daycare has no notice as to when anything is even happening at the centre, it’s either a email the day before the actual dress up or not at all, yes we get the monthly calendar thingy that states what’s happening through out the month, but the fact that there’s no further updates through out the month is trash to say the least. Also, when we first started here it stated that there was coffee onsite here but there’s no advertising to be seen for the parents yes it’s on the front board of the kitchen but no one can even see it from that side, I also asked for a coffee on a few occasions & it was always “oh the coffee machine hasn’t been switched on” yet I just spoke to another mother that same day & she had told me she got a coffee the morning I asked. Also it was also stated that when you enrol at this centre your child gets a backpack, hat & drink bottle in other words a starter pack kind of thing, yeah well that was false advertising also. The only good thing I can say about this centre is the educators in the junior kindy room especially Miss Daniella , she made up for the whole centre in itself & also the Yoga on Wednesday’s & jumping Jim’s on Thursday that’s about it. He is incredibly happy here and often is having so much fun playing that he doesn't want to go home! The educators are absolutely beautiful and so caring. I truly can't fault anything here!
