My child has been to this daycare for a few months. Plenty of car park space and operates till 6:30pm that offer convenience. The learning environment is nicely set up and there is lots of school readiness table activities planned for the children.

We waited well over a year before writing this review because we really wanted our experience to speak for itself over time. Starting daycare for the first time as a parent is incredibly daunting, but from the moment we enrolled our child at Prepare, we felt supported, informed and genuinely cared for. We toured a number of centres in the area before choosing Prepare, and the difference in the level of engagement, professionalism and care from the staff was immediately noticeable. The educators are warm, switched on and incredibly attentive, and the centre itself is exceptionally well run. Our child can find drop-offs emotionally challenging at times and needs a lot of comfort and reassurance. Every educator has always met them with so much warmth, patience and care. During the early settling-in period especially, the team would often call shortly after drop-off to reassure me they were happy and settled, and would send photo and video updates throughout the morning. As a first-time parent, that level of communication and reassurance meant more than I can properly express. Communication overall is exceptional. We receive regular updates throughout the day including photos, meals, sleep, nappies and activities, and the team are always proactive in keeping families informed. Nothing ever feels too hard. The centre has also been incredibly accommodating around our child’s individual needs, and we’ve always felt that their wellbeing and happiness are genuinely prioritised. We also love the strong sense of community the centre creates for families. The cultural celebrations, family events and thoughtful activities throughout the year make the centre feel incredibly special. Ash and their team should be incredibly proud of the environment they’ve created. While the centre may be slightly more expensive than some others in the area, we truly believe you get what you pay for and would happily pay a little extra for this level of care and support. We feel very fortunate to have found Prepare and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

As a parent, this was our son’s first experience in childcare, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. My son is a sensitive child, and starting childcare was already a big transition for him. What upset me the most was the lack of warmth and emotional support from the educators. On multiple occasions during drop-off, even when he was crying intensely, no teacher proactively comforted or held him. As a first-time CC parent, this was heartbreaking to witness. There was also an occasion during pick-up when he was crying very hard, and again no one was comforting him. When I arrived, a staff member simply said, “I don’t know why he’s crying.” As a parent, of course I understand that children cry — especially when adjusting. What I expect from educators is not to know the exact reason every time, but to offer comfort, reassurance, and care in that moment. In addition, the overall attitude toward parents felt distant and unapproachable. There was little communication, reassurance, or empathy during what is a very vulnerable stage for both children and families. Early childhood educators play a crucial role in helping children feel safe and secure. Sadly, we did not feel that sense of care here. I deeply regret choosing this centre for my son’s first childcare experience

The bonds with this childcare are higher than others and in the end of childcare, they won't refund 100%. If you ask why not 100%, they will give you a welcome letter a sort of terms & conditions to let you know it's there when you joined the childcare. The thing is when we joined the childcare, there wasn't any welcome pack sent to us. I have asked them to sent a welcome pack but there wasn't any. The admin team is selectively responsive so naturally you won't get responds on it. I'm not happy with the admin team and the bonds refund anyways. Hopefully you will you have a better experience and happy with the bonds refund tricks behind it.

Two of my sons go to this centre. Not only is the centre director amazing and very approachable, some of the teachers are truly exceptional in their care, open communication and tailored activities. We have been very happy since we joined and any time I have had any concern, I found Ash (the director) very easy to talk to, and she always took my feedback on board. I can see the room leaders taking a personal interest in the children under their care and developing their skills. I like that I am able to hear how my children are carrying on every day. The staff are very caring and kind. The facilities are beautiful! I’ve had kids in 3/4 rooms and we’ve loved! I am so glad we moved to Prepared! My children have certainly thrived in their time here. Throughout the years, the director has consistently gone above and beyond to support and care for my children. I’ve never had a single concern or criticism when it comes to their experience; everything has been handled with such professionalism and genuine care."

This is a lengthy review, but the staff at Prepare have truly earned it. Since relocating our children to this daycare centre, we could not be happier. The level of care, diligence, and attention to detail that Ash and her team provide on a daily basis is nothing short of exceptional. From day one, they have gone above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing, and hygienic environment where our children can truly thrive. The staff are not only highly professional but also incredibly warm and approachable—always taking the time to communicate openly and thoughtfully with our family. It’s clear that the wellbeing of the children is at the heart of everything they do, and that level of dedication gives us complete peace of mind. Our children have settled in beautifully, and we’ve seen such positive changes in a short time—all thanks to the genuine care and support of the entire team. If you’re looking for a centre that truly puts children and families first, this is it. We only wish we had made the move sooner. I will be forever grateful for the role Prepare has played in shaping my children's futures. I recently went on a tour of this daycare and was initially reassured by the director that staff turnover was low. However, after speaking with a current parent, I was told this was not the case. Over the course of three weeks, I left multiple messages requesting a call back to enquire about availability but received no response. When I finally called again and got through to a staff member, I was told she couldn’t assist as the director was away. I explained the situation and asked if anyone else could help, but her response was incredibly rude. When I asked for her name due to her attitude, she abruptly hung up on me. I called back immediately and was hung up on again. For such a large centre, this level of communication and professionalism is extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I will definitely not be sending my child here.
