Not only is the centre director amazing and very approachable, some of the teachers are truly exceptional in their care, open communication and tailored activities. We have been very happy since we joined and any time I have had any concern, I found Ash (the director) very easy to talk to, and she always took my feedback on board. I can see the room leaders taking a personal interest in the children under their care and developing their skills. I like that I am able to hear how my children are carrying on every day. The staff are very caring and kind. The facilities are beautiful! I’ve had kids in 3/4 rooms and we’ve loved! I am so glad we moved to Prepared! My children have certainly thrived in their time here. The level of care, diligence, and attention to detail that Ash and her team provide on a daily basis is nothing short of exceptional. From day one, they have gone above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing, and hygienic environment where our children can truly thrive. The staff are not only highly professional but also incredibly warm and approachable—always taking the time to communicate openly and thoughtfully with our family. It’s clear that the wellbeing of the children is at the heart of everything they do, and that level of dedication gives us complete peace of mind.
