As a parent, this was our son’s first experience in childcare, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. My son is a sensitive child, and starting childcare was already a big transition for him. What upset me the most was the lack of warmth and emotional support from the educators. On multiple occasions during drop-off, even when he was crying intensely, no teacher proactively comforted or held him. As a first-time CC parent, this was heartbreaking to witness. There was also an occasion during pick-up when he was crying very hard, and again no one was comforting him. When I arrived, a staff member simply said, “I don’t know why he’s crying.” As a parent, of course I understand that children cry — especially when adjusting. What I expect from educators is not to know the exact reason every time, but to offer comfort, reassurance, and care in that moment. In addition, the overall attitude toward parents felt distant and unapproachable. There was little communication, reassurance, or empathy during what is a very vulnerable stage for both children and families. Early childhood educators play a crucial role in helping children feel safe and secure. Sadly, we did not feel that sense of care here. I deeply regret choosing this centre for my son’s first childcare experience

The bonds with this childcare are higher than others and in the end of childcare, they won't refund 100%. If you ask why not 100%, they will give you a welcome letter a sort of terms & conditions to let you know it's there when you joined the childcare. The thing is when we joined the childcare, there wasn't any welcome pack sent to us. I have asked them to sent a welcome pack but there wasn't any. The admin team is selectively responsive so naturally you won't get responds on it. I'm not happy with the admin team and the bonds refund anyways. Hopefully you will you have a better experience and happy with the bonds refund tricks behind it.

Two of my sons go to this centre. Not only is the centre director amazing and very approachable, some of the teachers are truly exceptional in their care, open communication and tailored activities. We have been very happy since we joined and any time I have had any concern, I found Ash (the director) very easy to talk to, and she always took my feedback on board. I can see the room leaders taking a personal interest in the children under their care and developing their skills. I like that I am able to hear how my children are carrying on every day. The staff are very caring and kind. The facilities are beautiful! I’ve had kids in 3/4 rooms and we’ve loved! I am so glad we moved to Prepared! My children have certainly thrived in their time here. This is a lengthy review, but the staff at Prepare have truly earned it. Since relocating our children to this daycare centre, we could not be happier. The level of care, diligence, and attention to detail that Ash and her team provide on a daily basis is nothing short of exceptional. From day one, they have gone above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing, and hygienic environment where our children can truly thrive. The staff are not only highly professional but also incredibly warm and approachable—always taking the time to communicate openly and thoughtfully with our family. I recently went on a tour of this daycare and was initially reassured by the director that staff turnover was low. However, after speaking with a current parent, I was told this was not the case. Over the course of three weeks, I left multiple messages requesting a call back to enquire about availability but received no response. When I finally called again and got through to a staff member, I was told she couldn’t assist as the director was away. I explained the situation and asked if anyone else could help, but her response was incredibly rude. When I asked for her name due to her attitude, she abruptly hung up on me. I called back immediately and was hung up on again. For such a large centre, this level of communication and professionalism is extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I will definitely not be sending my child here.

I am so happy with the care that has been provided to my son since he joined this centre. The genuine care the educators show the children, the classroom environment, all the staff, it is a home away from home and my son loves going here and seeing all his friends and all the educators. The staff are amazing and my son has built such beautiful relationships with the educators and the other children in his room. I am so grateful and my family could not be happier with this centre.

Prepare Early Education Centre is our home away from home for our kids. We have been at the Baulkham Hills centre since they opened and the quality of care, educators & facilities has always been absolutely brilliant. We know that when we drop them off, each and every staff member there will make sure they have the best experience each and every day. We love our prepare family!

This is the best childcare center I have ever encountered! The education and service here are truly outstanding. The teachers are professional, caring, and dedicated to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children. My daughter has learned so much I’m truly grateful for the wonderful care they provide for my daughter.and special thanks to Ash for her incredible dedication and hard work. Highly recommend this amazing child care !

Really lovely day care! The front staff are super welcoming and organised, it’s really well managed and the educators are great!
