Owner closed down the sister centre and was then around constantly and owner and management are absolutely awful. They treat staff horrendously even in front of parents. Dismissed and scoffed at me when simply asking if the roads were flooding during a huge storm, sent one of my boys home for a 36.2 degree "fever" and kept away for 24 hours, citing "QLD health protocol" - which is absolute rubbish from my experience in healthcare. Their attitudes started this way when I asked for a footage review when I walked down the stairs to an educator asking where my 9 month old was and laughing saying he was in the sandpit that can't be seen from where they were. Disgraceful management and I left after loving the educators because it wasn't worth the stress from management and the literal 4 calls a day over nothing. Examples are when my boy swallowed water wrong, we didn't unpack our bottles and similar calls. They closed the sister company with only 2 weeks notice to parents and didn't give a bunch of them places in our centre. Same thing will happen again when they inevitably close this one and go out of business. The good reviews wouldn't haven't seen this behaviour yet but after years of this feedback at the other site, they never improved. Avoid at all costs, we are so much happier and less stressed for taking our kids elsewhere. Read more

As a parent and an early childhood educator myself I know how important it is to feel confident in the care and environment our children are placed in. After moving over from the other centre, I came into school road with some hesitation and some worries. We had been through two previous centres that just didn’t feel right, so my standards were (and are) high. In the second week at the new centre, my son expressed that he was upset because he had been hurt. Naturally, I was very concerned and brought it straight to the attention of the director and educators. The response I received was nothing short of incredible. They listened, truly listened, to both myself and my son. They asked him to describe the children involved, offered to check the cameras, and most importantly, they spoke with the class about being gentle and kind. They then continued to monitor him closely, giving me regular updates both verbally and through their online platform throughout the day. They reassured me and showed me that my child’s wellbeing truly mattered to them. What meant the most to me was that they didn’t brush off my concerns they acknowledged them, looked into them thoroughly, and followed up consistently. That gave me an enormous amount of trust in their team. Now, just a short time later, my son absolutely loves going to daycare. Every educator knows his name, and he has formed beautiful bonds with many of them. He looks forward to walking in each morning, saying hello to everyone in the office, and jumping into his day full of fun and adventure. He gets to dig, explore, play, run, and just be a child and that’s exactly what I wanted for him. I pick him up every day and he’s usually covered in dirt, paint, or water which, to me, is a sign of a day well spent! He’s always engaged in something playing hide and seek, building something, or doing water play often not just with his key educator, but with many of the staff. I consistently see the team genuinely interacting with the children, and it’s clear they love what they do. Read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! we gave them the benefit of doubt after reading the reviews and we wish we didn't! This centre is unsafe and unprofessional. There is open access on the side of the centre avoiding the office with no proper locks, meaning anyone can walk in or children can walk out unchecked. Staff ratios in the yard are not compliant with legal requirements, leaving children unsupervised and at risk. No visitor sign in. Instead of addressing concerns, staff mock parents, laugh when serious issues are raised, and even make false insinuations about families — including harmful suggestions that parents are struggling or unsafe at home. This behaviour is not only offensive but deeply unprofessional, showing no respect or support for families. If you value your child’s safety and want to be treated with dignity as a parent, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. This centre is failing both children and families. This centre has been on the news for sending 64 children to hospital for missing batteries in the service as well as a mother making an online review for a choking incident, resulting in their child going to the icu and having life long health complications with the centre not addressing it. When we brought this up to the owner and director, they turned to eachother and laughed about it. Staff can't handle children and needs some therapy rather then working in a childcare. That alone was embarrassing for them. Read more
