Little Zaks West Ryde has been fantastic. The teachers are attentive to the child's needs & give personalised comments during pickup. They also proposed special development plans to meet our goals. The center is clean and run very well. I feel like I can trust the teachers and the center director. We couldn't have picked a better place for our daughter.

Both of my kids attend Little Zaks West Ryde and we truly feel we can trust them completely. The staff are reliable, professional, and genuinely caring. The director, RJ, is especially outstanding — always willing to listen, incredibly responsive, and quick to provide helpful feedback. We feel confident every day knowing our children are in such capable hands.

Little Zak's West Ryde is run by an absolutely amazing Director RJ. She is so great at communication and always letting me know whats happening with my son. The educators are polite and the centre is always clean and tidy. I have had a great experience here and would recommend this centre heavily, so long as RJ is still here!

A Truly Transformed Centre!! After being part of the Little Zak's West Ryde community for a while now, I have to say the difference over recent months has been nothing short of remarkable. There's been a real shift in energy and it's entirely for the better. A huge part of that transformation comes down to the fresh leadership that's been brought in. RJ, the new Centre Director, has made an extraordinary impact in what feels like a short amount of time. From the moment you walk through the door, you notice it the centre just runs beautifully now. Everything feels intentional, structured and genuinely warm. It's the kind of place where you drop your child off in the morning and leave feeling completely at ease, not just reassured. The educator team deserves every bit of praise they get. They're not just doing a job you can tell they're genuinely invested in every child's journey. The way they engage with the kids is thoughtful, nurturing and full of energy. Whether it's structured learning, creative play or just being a comforting presence, these educators bring heart to everything they do. As a parent, watching your child thrive in that environment is the greatest reassurance you can ask for. I also have to give a special shoutout to the chef, honestly, an unsung hero of the centre! The meals being served are impressive. Fresh ingredients, balanced nutrition, and clearly prepared with real thought given to what children actually enjoy eating. My child comes home talking about lunch, which says everything! The overall atmosphere now is one of pride, care and community. The improvements speak for themselves, and the whole team deserves enormous credit for what they've built. To anyone who is contemplating a child care facility in the area for their child really should organise a tour/meet with the team at LZWR. To be completely transparent my son takes a long time to gain trust and adapt to new faces along with having some medical issues, the centre did go through a big shift with staff and management and to be perfectly honest I was unsure whether it would be the right choice to keep him enrolled in the centre. I am SO glad we didn’t end up leaving because the new director RJ and assistant director Lala have done a phenomenal job in taking over, creating the most beautiful, harmonious environment for the children to thrive in. My son is the proof in the educators / directors hard work, he is SO happy, excited driving to daycare, learns new skills, has a huge outdoor space which he loves and has less tantrums at home! His medical issues which I was concerned about mostly has been handled with every action plan and step that needs to be taken and has given me peace of mind whilst he isn’t in my care. He adores his teachers- they are all such beautiful people who really do care about what they do. I can’t recommend the centre enough. Thank you LZWR !!!!!

Little Zak's West Ryde is a gem and I would definitely recommend them across the baby/toddler/preschool rooms. The quality of the service starts from every individual educator all the way up to the director, Miss RJ. The range of learning experiences for the children are very well thought out and accessible for each age group re: their curriculum, awareness and involvement in cultural holidays, services in the community, health, safety and kindness. Every educator, the director and the wonderful Chef Lyn all make my daughter feel so safe and welcome. Highly recommend!

We’ve seen such a positive change at Little Zak’s Academy lately thanks to the new leadership team, especially RJ as the new Centre Director. The centre has really been turned around and there’s such a warm, welcoming and organised atmosphere now. You can genuinely see how much care and effort is being put into both the children and the families. The educators are absolutely amazing; caring, supportive and always engaging with the kids in such a positive way. It’s reassuring knowing the children are surrounded by people who truly care about their development and wellbeing. A special mention also to the chef, whose meals are fantastic. The food always looks fresh, healthy and thoughtfully prepared, and it’s clear a lot of effort goes into making meals the kids actually enjoy. Really happy with the improvements and the environment the team has created. Keep up the great work! And if there is anyone considering this centre I would definitely place my child here.

My baby she started since she turned 3 months and now she's 16 months. I'm so grateful to Little Zaks that they support her in each development of her journey. I would strongly recommend them as their educators are experienced and so lovely.
