My son started child care with Blossoms-West Ryde when he was 18 months old. Blossoms embraced him with love and affection. I appreciate how the educators take interest in each child and make them comfortable to adjust to new environment. After 1 and half year, due to relocation and feasibility to commute we moved our son to another well known brand in child care business. However, our child didn't feel the same comfort and care provided at Blossoms. After 9 months of his struggle, we RE-ENROLLED our child back at Blossoms irrespective of the long commute. He is happy again and at a place where he feels second home. Apart from care and affection, Blossoms have new activities and different learning schedules everyday which my son thoroughly enjoys. Child care is the foundation for children future schooling and education. I am glad my son is attending Blossoms which will help him blossom everyday and school-ready.
Both my kids attended Blossoms and I have been very satisfied with the care and attention given to them over the past 4.5 years. There is a low staff turnover rate in the centre, and the core staff team has not changed all these years - very rare in most childcares! Parents' enquiries are responded to very quickly, and educators take feedback seriously. What amazes me is that all the educators know and greet my kids by name, even if it's the first time I'm seeing the educator at the centre! The centre may not be as large as other private centres, but my kids have always been well-adjusted and they looked forward to going to Blossoms everyday. I am very thankful for the staff at the West Ryde centre - special mention to Parul, Lida, Swinky, Hannah and Kapita for giving me the assurance that my kids are always in safe and good hands. :)
