I've written many reviews, most good, some bad. But this review carries a bit more weight than a nice dinner at a restaurant. Finding the trust in an organisation to look after your children is as about as important as any decision you will ever make. And choosing Grow Education to look after our little girl was the right one. All the carers have been unbelievable; challenging and helping our little girl fulfil to her best potential while letting her personality shine. As parents we just can't thank the team enough, and it would only be right naming everyone who helped. In no particular order - Sherly, Suman, Dan, Hansila, Nishi, Dhanya, Ravi, Amanda, Jardel, Claudia, Britney and Sana, with a special mention to the girls who have moved elsewhere but left a big impact, Courtney and Steph. THANK YOU soooooo much, we are so sad we are leaving for the next phase of life in starting school this year, but you guys won't be forgotten 😊❤️❤️🙏

Posting this as an anon as I prefer to remain anonymous. This centre is great in the sense of the staff my child has loved all the educators there. There hasn’t been any issues with the educators it’s honestly just management!! After Bobbie had left the centre began to crumble and I wasn’t risking that for my child. I did give the new manager a chance but you can really tell where her priorities are and let me tell you they aren’t straight that’s for sure. I never had seen her in the room like I did with Bobbie! Bobbie would be in the kitchen some days or even just in the room when it looked chaotic which again is normal for a room full of young children. I think this centre has great potential but it’s being led by the blind. Please work on your management the staff looked tired when i was last there.

We encourage you to contact us directly to speak with a member of our Operations Team who can work through your concerns. Please call us on 1300 934 769 so we can work alongside you to resolve them together.

I strongly advise against enrolling your child in this childcare. The educators are careless, unprofessional, and show zero compassion. They don’t bother to provide proper photos or updates, and instead waste your time constantly calling for the most trivial reasons just to dump the responsibility back on you. If your child has anything less than a textbook-perfect bowel movement, they’ll kick them out and demand you keep them home for 24 hours — an absurd and lazy excuse to avoid doing their job. This place is a complete joke and a nightmare for working parents.

Response from the owner 26 Feb 2026

Hi Peter, we take all feedback very seriously. However, we cannot find any record of a child or family enrolled under your name at our centre. We follow strict health, safety, and wellbeing procedures in line with regulations, and our Educators are committed to providing quality care, communication, and support for all children and families. If you are a current or past parent with genuine concerns, we encourage you to contact our Centre Director directly on (03) 8764 0610 so we can address them with you personally. For families considering care, we welcome you to visit the centre, meet our team, and see firsthand the nurturing, professional environment we provide.
