We are really happy with this childcare centre. The educators are kind, caring, and clearly love what they do. They make our child feel safe, supported, and comfortable, and it shows in how happy my daughter is each day. The centre itself is clean, well organised, and set up in a way that encourages learning and play. I’m very grateful for the care they provide and would happily recommend this centre to other families. Mr Shaneel is kind, patient, and a great teacher. My daughter feels comfortable and supported with him, which means a lot to us. All the teachers in the kindergarten room have been amazing, and my daughter only ever has good things to say about them.

I feel incredibly fortunate that my children have attended Revesby Montessori Academy. The educators consistently go above and beyond to create a nurturing, welcoming, enriching environment, with a wonderful balance of learning and play, often supported by song and dance, making each day educational and joyful. Miss Cheryl (Toddler room) is truly exceptional. She is kind, caring, and gentle, and she creates a calm and nurturing environment where children feel safe and understood. Her emotional intelligence is remarkable. She instinctively knows when a child needs extra comfort or reassurance and always responds with patience, empathy, and understanding. One morning, my child was having a difficult start to the day and was reluctant to go into class. Miss Cheryl noticed immediately that something wasn’t right. After I explained what had happened, she responded with such compassion, gently taking his hand and walking with him into the classroom, keeping him close until he felt safe and happy again. This moment perfectly reflects the warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care she brings to her role every day. She goes above and beyond to ensure each child feels seen, valued, and supported, while also nurturing their curiosity, confidence, and love of learning. Mr Shaneel (Preschool room) is equally outstanding. He creates a warm and welcoming start to each child’s day, taking the time to greet every child personally and helping them feel happy, valued, and secure. His calm, gentle presence immediately puts children at ease, and I have every confidence in him and his teaching style. Mr Shaneel is thoughtful, patient, and deeply caring. He always has the children’s best interests at heart, listens attentively, and supports them through challenges with empathy and understanding. He also works closely and respectfully with parents, communicating openly and following up to ensure concerns are resolved positively. His professionalism, kindness, and consistency create an environment where children are supported to grow, learn, and thrive. This centre has helped my children transition from being at home full-time to becoming confident, happy learners. Even though they don’t attend as often as some other children, they have formed strong friendships, which speaks to the inclusive and welcoming environment. The combination of structured learning and playful activities, often enriched with music, song, and dance, makes their experience joyful and engaging every day. The wider team also deserves recognition: • Miss Bernadette is fun and supportive, bringing a positive energy the children love. • Miss Claudia is kind, caring, and welcoming, and her love for the children is evident. • Miss Farzana is patient and kind, gently encouraging my child’s learning. • Miss Kerri is amazing, fun, caring, and supportive, encouraging my child to try new foods while knowing what they love best. • Miss Madhuri is patient, kind, and genuinely cares for the children, showing love and interest while being instrumental in supporting my child’s development. • Miss Mariana is kind, patient, and consistently supportive. • Miss Mirna is kind and friendly, always greeting the children with a warm smile. • Miss Pam is friendly and fun, and the children love having her around. • Miss Rehana is fun and engaging, and wonderfully patient while teaching my child about numbers and the alphabet. • Miss Su Ma is patient, kind, calm, and respectful. A special thanks to Ava in head office, who ensured a smooth enrolment process and manages the background processes efficiently. As my children prepare for primary school, I will deeply miss this environment and the incredible team who have supported us. This centre will always hold a special place in my heart, and I am grateful for the strong foundation of care, confidence, and learning it has given my children. I highly recommend this childcare! It’s the third one my child has attended, so I feel confident saying it’s truly the best. My child has been attending this Childcare since it opened about a year and a half ago. He started in the babies room, which is by far the most luxurious and well-equipped space, with two amazing educators caring for just five children — he couldn’t have been more spoiled particularly with Miss Su Mao! He later moved to the toddlers room, where he’s been surrounded by a team of dedicated and passionate educators. I’d especially like to thank Miss Su Mao, Cheryl, Marianna, Kerry Ann, Jocelyn, and Madhuri, though honestly, every educator has been wonderful. Miss Cheryl and Mariana played a huge role in helping my child with toilet training — they went above and beyond, even bringing in books, a potty, and creating fun, engaging activities to make the process smooth and stress-free. We’re incredibly grateful for their care and support!

We have been attending this service for over one year and I would give more than 5 stars, if I could. Having previously sent our other children elsewhere, I was saddened by our old Centre’s waitlist because we had such a good experience there. It can be daunting starting a new service, especially one that is relatively new in its building development. Yet, the tailored approach for our child has been phenomenal. Staff are extremely professional and show a real interest in our child’s learning and development (Manager Claudia, you are so gentle and kind). Even if there is a need for casuals (which is inevitable at times), it’s great to see the casuals are also consistently the same people. Mr Shaneel has been the most proficient education worker for our child. He has professional qualities and skills that have exceeded our expectations. I love that there is a male role model who positively influences our child – helping not only with learning and the curriculum, but in his observation, communication and feedback, and his nurturing approach to our child’s social and emotional needs. In a predominately female oriented workspace, it is wonderful seeing male role models of such calibre, and where the Centre implements appropriate safe practices. Key focus outcomes we’ve noticed: 1) Helping with separation anxiety – communicating with parents and also helping our child understand what they are going through and how they feel. This was not rushed, but rather at the pace needed for our child’s benefit. 2) The commitment and effort of staff in discussing and supporting the needs that I raise with them. For example, I discussed the topic of car/ road safety and within a week it was incorporated into the childcare program as an extension activity. There were even take-home stickers and activities to share with family! 3) Food sensitivities– we have a well communicated and slightly modified food program for our child’s sensitivities. Despite having amazing food there, offering this flexibility in mitigating circumstances, makes the whole experience less stressful for parents. The Chef on site (Kerry-Anne) is so lovely and friendly. You know it’s a great Centre when your child gets to know the chef who meets and greets daily also. They are not just in the kitchen but are also engaging in and supporting our child to feel comfortable at the Centre. 4) Being asked to share feedback about the Childcare Centre, and after sending through feedback, we actually see the changes happen! The service environment is very clean and well looked after. Even though it’s a smaller Centre, it still feels spacious. The equipment for children is of such great quality and easily accessible for little hands. Our child learns Practical Life, Maths, Sensory activities, Language and Culture and for this to be in concert with the National Quality Framework for Early Years, I believe this helps equip our child for later school years. We see both independent learning and instruction where needed. I love that the items used are transferrable to real world settings and situations. The Centre seems to have the right balance of indoor and outdoor play. The space outside is so lovely, combining both sheltered and unsheltered landscape. The ratio of staff to children is a good match. It seems that the smaller numbers are still great to teach social awareness whilst also creating a cohesive teacher/child connection. It’s great to see that the same key Teachers are still there at the Centre after a year. Having transitioned from the Toddler room to the Pre-school room with our child, I can see the purpose and function of each stage within the curriculum. The knowledge my child has gained not only in terms of literacy and numeracy, but also in establishing a routine, communication skills and manners/etiquette is remarkable. Even the consistency as we went through toilet training, and the communication about progress was on point! I would recommend this Centre to anyone looking for quality education!

My twin boys currently attend this centre after moving from another and it has been the best and easiest transition. The staff have been so positive and caring, and the professional values and leadership of the Centre manager has been amazing! We absolutely love it!

Amazing centre. I cannot speak highly enough of the team, espcially Nehida, the centre manager. The level of care, compassion and genuine interest they have is unrivalled. The educators meet the needs of the kids, and nothing is too much to ask. Nehida always ensures the kids leave happy, and addresses any concerns I have. I'm so grateful to have such competent, graceful, and experienced people looking after my children. I recommend Montessori Academy to anyone who asks :) Thank you

We went open day today. It’s a clean/ modern center. Not very big but it’s good enough. Nice food, kids had fun. What we concerned about is educators, when we sit down play with kids, there is a educator < Nanh>? I can see she likes kids, the way she talked to kids, smiles… I think she is kind of educators that kids need. But the other educator in room < Mudhori>? She just standing there even there was a girl wants to wash her hands she doesn’t want to assist her. She doesn’t talk to kids, or introduce Montessori program and just standing there. If we could choose, we would rather to have educators who loves kids from their heart. Early childhood education is crucial, if you don’t like kids, then this is not a right job for you.
