The level of care shown to my daughter at this daycare has been nothing but excellent. From the very start, we felt very comfortable with the team and really appreciated how much they cared. You could see that they actually really like what they do and as a result my daughter always enjoys her day there. Rajveer has done a great job in creating a system that all the staff seem to follow with ease and that system has produced a very nurturing environment. Ms Amy is also fantastic and we are very grateful for her time spent caring for our princess. 100% would recommend this place to anyone considering placing their child in daycare here.

We have received outstanding care and so much love from this childcare centre, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. My daughter Adriana has been attending since she was just 9 months old, and as a first-time mum, I was extremely nervous about leaving my child in the hands of strangers. From the very beginning, the team made me feel completely at ease. A special thank you to Miss Amy and Nisha for their incredible care, patience, and kindness, and to the principal Rajveer for creating such a warm and supportive environment. The educators truly treat the children like their own. Adriana absolutely loves going to childcare every day, which says everything. The staff are genuinely kind, caring, and attentive, and I feel so grateful knowing my daughter is in such safe and loving hands.

Wonderful daycare centre! All the staff, educators and centre manager are welcoming and inclusive. My child has learned many skills, how socially to be with other kids, structured learning and playtime. I’m very happy with the care they provide.

Our 4-year-old son has been attending Daystars Bardwell Valley for over three years, and we couldn't be happier with the service provided. He loves his teachers – they are patient and always prepared with engaging educational activities and new games. I especially appreciate their individualised approach in helping children develop new skills and work on their social development to get ready for preschool. The large garden and indoor playrooms, filled with a variety of toys and books, are fantastic for keeping the little ones engaged. The daycare also provides healthy, delicious meals, which is a huge help for our busy family. The only minor drawback is the location, as most parents need to drive or use a pram to get there.

Best daycare ever , my daughter loves it there. Very homey daycare, has a family vibe and good nurturing environment for the little ones 👌 would definitely recommend over Montessori for the young ones

I’m writing this with a heavy heart. My1 year old son attended this daycare earlier this year 2 days a week for a couple of months. One day I went to pick him up and was observing from another room when 2 educators who were supposed to look after my son failed him miserably. (I won’t go into details) but, my son was abused by 1 of the educators JUDY and the other I believe is RAFIA just sat there and watched. My son was crying looking around for someone to comfort him after the abused and he was just left there. Mind you he was new at the centre and still finding his way around. I FROZE For a mother to witness her son being treated badly by people who were supposed to educate, nature, guide and create a safe place for him to grow was and still is heartbreaking, I was devastated, shaking and couldn’t stop crying. Who knows how many times he was treated badly by this particular educator. Shame. Rajveer, I know you told me so many times after you wrote an inaccurate report and tried to minimise what has taken place that the DOE has been informed, forms filled and filed and I’ll receive a phone call from the DOE once the investigation concludes. It’s almost been 4 months and NO PHONE CALL. I have to acknowledge the good educator that was in charge of his room at the time. Sorry I forgot your name. You are a star. Reply: Rajvee, we’ve received one email and multiple phone calls asking me to remove my review. You told us that once the investigation is completed we will be notified regardless of the outcome but that hasn’t happened. Only now you’re telling us that the department of education came to your centre in August and all is good but no emails from you or anyone else. I find your lack of transparency concerning. We are not interested in going back and forth with you. Yes, my child continued to go the centre because we paid in advanced and need 4 weeks notice to terminate the contract. YOU told me and assured me that you personally will check up and keep and eye on my child during his last days at your centre and RAFIA will never be in his room again but that’s not true. She was there once with my child after the incident when I picked him up. And the only reason Judy hasn’t returned because of personal injury. I could go on but I’ll stop here. I’ll contact the department of education myself. I have every right to leave a review of my child experience at your centre.

Our little one has been going here for about 6 months now, he's settled in quite well over that time. They do lots of fun activities which has helped him learn and develop. The educators seem to take good care of the kids, especially the director Ms Raj, and the room leader Ms Amy, its very clear they care about the children and look out for their best interests.

My son Juan Pablo has been attending Daystar for the past three years, and it has been a truly wonderful experience for our whole family. Throughout this time, the educators have been incredibly supportive, guiding him with love, patience, and dedication. The centre’s facilities provide a safe and stimulating environment where children are free to explore, play, and learn in a creative way. This year marks his final one at Daystar, as he will soon begin his journey into primary school. We say goodbye with deep gratitude in our hearts. Thank you to the entire Daystar family for these unforgettable years, and especially to Director Rajveer for her constant support and care. Daystar will always have a special place in our hearts!
