I honestly don’t even know where to start with Hilltop Childcare Centre. I was charged $1300 AFTER my kids were no longer enrolled (they’re already in school), which is completely unacceptable. I’ve spoken to the manager at least 12 times now, and every single week I’m told “we’ll call you back” but no one ever does. I’m constantly chasing them up just to get basic answers, and still no clear explanation or resolution. This whole situation has been incredibly frustrating, stressful, and honestly feels very unprofessional. No one should have to fight this hard just to get their own money back. If you’re considering this centre, I’d strongly recommend being very cautious and keeping track of everything, because my experience has been extremely disappointing.

Since Miss Suzan became the manager, the centre has been running exceptionally smoothly. My daughter is so happy and has shown great improvement in her education. Any concerns I raise are addressed promptly by the educators. Highly recommended!

Love the new management. Suzan is the best , since she became the manager at this childcare everything came more organised and well managed. My boys love it at this centre.

Amazing centre! The centre director, Suzan, treats every child as if they are her own. It’s easy to see that the centre is Suzan’s passion and an extension of her own family. She is very friendly, warm and welcoming. As a mother of 7, she is incredibly understanding and supportive and goes above and beyond to make each family feel valued and appreciated. She always has time to talk with you and genuinely wants to make your experience at the centre the best it can be. The centre has improved significantly in the short time that Suzan has been the director. All of the educators are amazing with the children, any time I have had a concern, the educators are easy to approach, understanding and are quick to help me resolve the issue. My children have flourished from attending this centre, they not only have a day full of fun and play but I can tell they are growing socially, emotionally and academically. My eldest was beyond equipped to attend kindergarten when the time came, thanks to the school readiness program. He was able to confidently write his full name, recognise letters and numbers, identify phonics and even complete basic maths equations. With the educators help, he was a confident, happy and independent child ready to take on kindergarten. It’s great to see that the children begin developing reading and writing skills in the younger age groups that they continue to build on in the 4-5 years room. My children love attending Hilltop Greystanes and have a beautiful bond with their educators and friends.

It is more than wonderful. I was struggling with my daughter in several places that were not as happy before as they are now. I want to thank the work team that takes care of my children, especially to Miss Susan, who took special care of them and provided a lot of help so that my children would be happy there. My son started at Hilltop Greystanes about 4 months ago. The educators have been so warm and welcoming and it is so lovely to see how much they care, love and put importance on the relationships they build with the children. Miss. Suzan is currently the director and you can see the positive impact she has had with the staff and children. I'm a Mum, and working full time brings me enough guilt. It puts me at ease knowing my son's wellbeing is at the forefront of the wonderful educators, they are all amazing.
