When my kids first started at this centre, I couldn’t fault it. Everything was perfect, until it wasn’t. Do not bother with this... When my kids first started at this centre, I couldn’t fault it. Everything was perfect, until it wasn’t. Do not bother with this centre unless you love when they don’t hide the fact the staff hate your child, the owner is money hungry, staff dig into your private life, receptionist send out private information to parents instead of other educators & you get the blame for it all. They will send your 4 month old baby home with blood nose, no incident report & no phone call home, but did conduct first aid. But also to top it off, made up other reasons to what it could be & told me how to clean it off so it will be fine then. Send kids home for bad behaviour instead of trying to work with child and support the child. Offer a step parent to take your other child home that they do not have the responsibility or permission for. Talk about your funds in-front of other families in the lobby when it is a private matter. My son received a new lead educator in the room and she had never come up to me or try to introduce herself until she had an issue with my child but hadn’t asked who I was until after the conversation to make sure I was his parent. Allow an educator to not watch or get nephew down off a metal play area which had caused him to fall and smack his head on the ground and ending up in the emergency department with a concussion. Sending children home with ‘temps’ of 37.8 because they are under ratio. Chat to myself about the issue with an educator messaging close friends to myself about my personal life & how I parent and tell me that they will have a chat about what happened with educator and let me know an update, I had received no update other than the educator ignoring myself & my kids and being nothing but plain rude towards myself. Absolutely disgusting. So glad we are out of that centre. Read more

Beautiful daycare with lovely and caring staff. You just get a great feeling when you first walk in and see the detail the... Beautiful daycare with lovely and caring staff. You just get a great feeling when you first walk in and see the detail the owners have gone to with the building and decorating. The staff are always welcoming and you can't go past Chef Jess and her smile and chats as you walk past. I also love all of the extras that get offered like kids yoga and professional family christmas photos. They really do go above and beyond and think about the kids and what they would like. My kids absolutely love coming to daycare which makes drop offs so much easier! Thanks guys keep up the great work 😊 Read more
