Our child has received excellent care and education at this centre. The teachers are very experienced and truly understand how to support children in different situations. Our child never participated in group time at previous centres, but here he actively joins every session and feels comfortable and relaxed. The centre strongly encourages children to explore new things and provides great positive reinforcement, which really stands out compared to others. The facilities are new, the outdoor garden is spacious, and the overall environment is fantastic. We would definitely recommend this kindergarten to our friends.

So far, this has been the most comfortable and favourite childcare for our child. Almost every educator we’ve met is incredibly warm, patient, and caring. Our child has been very well looked after and supported here. In just a few weeks, we’ve seen unbelievable progress — our child is now able to join group time, communicate confidently in English, manage emotions better, and has become more polite. The changes have truly exceeded our expectations. Before coming here, we went through a very difficult time with our previous childcare, where we received constant complaints that caused a lot of stress and pain for both our child and our family. This centre, however, has shown real understanding, patience, and acceptance. In such a short time, they have helped our child become a happy, confident child who feels loved and supported. This place has not only helped our child heal, but also healed us as parents. We are deeply grateful to this childcare, especially Cindy and all the wonderful educators. Highly recommend!!!

Honestly couldn’t ask for a more supportive, caring and understanding team. Cindy runs a great centre and although I miss my child when I drop them off, I’m assured every day that they’re safe and learning with the team’s diligent updates on how they’re developing. The staff also support my family’s needs by reading my child educational religious books independently with them and adjusting to their sleeping and eating schedule. Additionally, we feel they are incredibly safe, with the drop-off and pickup protocols ensuring the safety of all children under their care. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you team.

From the moment we enrolled our daughter, we felt confident that she was in safe and caring hands. The educators are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They genuinely care about each child and treat them with warmth and respect. Our daughter is always happy to go in the morning and comes home smiling. We’ve noticed wonderful progress in her confidence, communication, and social skills. Communication with parents is excellent. We are kept informed about her daily activities, meals, which gives us great peace of mind. The centre is clean, well-organized, and provides a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. We are so happy with our experience at Ivy Childcare. I love the way they provided constant updates on my 20-month-old's progress. They made his transition so much easier by keeping us informed every step of the way. They handle everything, from mealtime to playtime, with so much care. This childcare is absolutely amazing. As first-time parents, we were very careful and anxious about placing our baby in someone else’s hands. However, Ivy Kids has met all of our expectations — from staff-to-child ratios and qualifications to safety standards and nutritious meals. On the third day I dropped my daughter off, she ran to hug Desi, a staff member — something she never does with new people. That moment made us feel so safe and reassured, knowing she is being cared for with genuine love and attention. Ceci and Desi are both delightful, incredibly caring, and always welcoming us with warm smiles. A special shoutout to Cindy, the director. She is truly caring and warm — anyone who meets her can immediately see that. She is very hands-on, always interacting with the children and actively supporting and helping her staff, which creates such a positive and loving environment. During our baby’s first week, she updated us almost every 30 minutes with photos and videos, which meant so much to us. When our baby had difficulty napping, the lovely staff took turns holding her and gently helping her transition to a new bed. We have nothing to complain about — we are simply grateful for the love and care she has received at Ivy Kids.
