From the moment we enrolled our daughter, we felt confident that she was in safe and caring hands. The educators are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They genuinely care about each child and treat them with warmth and respect. Our daughter is always happy to go in the morning and comes home smiling. We’ve noticed wonderful progress in her confidence, communication, and social skills. Communication with parents is excellent. We are kept informed about her daily activities, meals, which gives us great peace of mind. The centre is clean, well-organized, and provides a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. We are grateful to have found this childcare and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a loving and supportive place for their child.

We are so happy with our experience at Ivy Childcare. I love the way they provided constant updates on my 20-month-old's progress. They made his transition so much easier by keeping us informed every step of the way. They handle everything, from mealtime to playtime, with so much care. This childcare is absolutely amazing. As first-time parents, we were very careful and anxious about placing our baby in someone else’s hands. However, Ivy Kids has met all of our expectations — from staff-to-child ratios and qualifications to safety standards and nutritious meals. On the third day I dropped my daughter off, she ran to hug Desi, a staff member — something she never does with new people. That moment made us feel so safe and reassured, knowing she is being cared for with genuine love and attention. Ceci and Desi are both delightful, incredibly caring, and always welcoming us with warm smiles. A special shoutout to Cindy, the director. She is truly caring and warm — anyone who meets her can immediately see that. She is very hands-on, always interacting with the children and actively supporting and helping her staff, which creates such a positive and loving environment. During our baby’s first week, she updated us almost every 30 minutes with photos and videos, which meant so much to us. When our baby had difficulty napping, the lovely staff took turns holding her and gently helping her transition to a new bed. We have nothing to complain about — we are simply grateful for the love and care she has received at Ivy Kids.

Highly recommend Ivy Kids, The centre has beautiful spacious rooms that are well set up, clean and inviting, giving the children plenty of space to learn, play and explore comfortably. My son started 3 months ago, I have already seen so much growth in his Self help, social and communication skills. The educators are supportive, attentive and approachable, it’s been clear since day one that they genuinely value each child’s well being and development. Communication is always clear and consistent, I recieve snippets into my sons day either via text or the daycare app, this has given me a great peace of mind whilst being away from him. The meals provided are nutritious and well prepared, on the app I am able to see what he has been provided and how many servings, it’s also nice to know that its freshly made and thoughtfully planned out to help their growth. Most importantly the team at Ivy Kids have provided a safe and comfortable environment for my son to explore, thrive and build confidence. Thank you Cindy and team.
