My experience at this childcare center has been excellent. The educators are kind, patient, and welcoming, taking the time to get to know each child and genuinely supporting their development to make sure every child feels safe, comfortable, and happy. The directors are professional, approachable, and very supportive, always available to communicate and ensuring that both children and families are well cared for. The center is clean, well-organized, and full of engaging activities that encourage learning and growth. Communication is clear and reassuring, and the overall environment is positive and nurturing. I would highly recommend this childcare center to anyone looking for a professional and caring environment.

Very happy with Goodstart Caulfield. The centre is new, clean and modern and the staff are amazing. We have found the pricing much better than the other providers in the area and our son has been so happy and waves goodbye when we drop him off. Highly recommend!

Goodstart Caulfield is a fantastic childcare. My child is benefited from the varied activities, social interaction and creative play that the centre offers. Management and administration is very supportive, communication is clear and the cente is well tended. The educators treat the children and families with the utmost respect at all times.

This was the worst childcare center tour experience I’ve ever had. Full disclaimer: this review is based on my tour experience. I did not enroll my child at this center and NEVER will. I hope the communication and service in their daily operations are not like what I experienced during the tour. *** ADDED AFTER THE CENTER RESPONSE : if claiming “no record of your visit” is not the center’s go-to template for negative reviews, then their system does not meet service level standards and it needs a serious upgrade. My experience and review is 100% genuine, complete with email correspondences for the tour and the center brochure I picked up at the end of the tour. *** The assistant center manager guided us through a 10 min tour. Yes, only 10 mins to cover everything. They only showed us the room our child would be in and didn’t welcome us to see other rooms like the toddler or kinder rooms. As we walked past the three nursery rooms, I asked the assistant manager three times about the age groups for the rooms. Each time, she only responded with, “Now I’m showing you the nursery’s room outdoor play area.” It seemed questions were not welcome unless on her terms. When we entered Nursery 3, I immediately felt sorry for the children in the room. They didn’t look happy at all, and one or two were crying without any educator attending to them. The educators looked tired (it was 10:40am). They eventually went to comfort the crying children, and I hope it wasn’t just because we were on a tour.

Hands down the best child care center in Melbourne Goodstart Caulfield provides all the needs for my daughter, in terms of education, learnings, growth and fun! Selvina, Archna Federica and all the staffs are friendly, helpful, kind and most of all, dedicated their lives to care for kids. Each day is filled with unique activities, fun and educational tasks. The center is highly accessible, with a beautiful and well-equipped outdoor yard and playground. The daily reporting through Storypark app provides utmost transparency to parents, with thorough updates and photos of activities happening each day. I am very happy to have you in our lives.
