We have absolutely loved our time and experiences at Goodstart Riddells Creek. We have nothing but so much praise and immense gratitude for all the friendly staff there for the care and support shown towards our children and family over the past 5 years. We have seen huge social and emotional development in all 3 of our children. Our youngest really struggled with separating from me in the mornings when he first started, but all the staff were incredible in nurturing and caring for him and now he enters so full of confidence and happiness. We have always experienced exceptional communication and felt at ease leaving our children in such a safe, supportive environment. They have loved all of their rooms filled with fun and educational activities and the huge outdoor play spaces to explore. We are truly appreciative of our time here and will miss this centre and all the tremendous educators so much!

This is a great centre with lovely staff. Both of my children have attended Goodstart Riddells Creek over the past 6 years. We have found the staff to be caring and attentive towards the children. Their chef does an amazing job with making varied, delicious and nutritious meals. The outdoor play areas are huge and the children are always participating in different types of indoor and outdoor activities. My youngest child is off to school next year, and Goodstart has set him up with knowledge and confidence to succeed. I highly recommend this centre. My kids have loved it.

My child has attended Good Start Riddells Creek since she was one. As a first time mum who was still breastfeeding, I faced the dreaded mum guilt! The staff at Good Start made it easy, from taking my bottles of pumped breast milk to give her during the day, ensuring she had her naps and sharing lots of photos on Story Park. As the years went by, they made each transition to the next room as smooth as possible. Now that it’s time to say goodbyes, the staff made an extraordinary effort and dedicated their time to make sure they celebrated the graduating kindergarten students in style. My child has been lucky to have such wonderful educators over the years at. I have always felt safe and comfortable leaving her in their care.

For someone who left it up to my wife to find the perfect place for our daughter (I work and my wife knew what she wanted!) I am extremely pleased with the services provided. My wife is the one who does the drop offs and picks up but as I finished work early one day and was able to join her, I was pleased with how massive the outdoor play area is knowing my child loves being outside. My wife mentioned how all the staff members are very friendly and I was able to experience that myself. I love the positive updates my wife gives me about how our daughter has settled in morning by morning and my wife loves the updates she receives on the story park app.

My daughter has completed her first week here today. For a mum that didn’t want to put her last baby in daycare and for a kid that has barely spent much time away from me, we both have been at ease. I choose this centre which is 15 mins away due to the cleanliness, spaciousness and massive outdoor play area but most importantly for the friendly and welcoming staff members. Right from the get go everyone introduced themselves and interacted with my daughter. Every day I have had an update from every member of staff I pass on my way to collect my daughter. They might not be my daughter’s educators and only slightly passed through her room but they knew something positive about her to share. Onto the ladies in my daughter’s room. They are all absolutely wonderful people! My daughter’s key educator is a gem! For a kid that has only spent 4 days in a completely new environment away from everything and everyone she knows, she has settled in extremely well and extremely quickly and this wouldn’t be possible without the fantastic staff members this centre has.

I cannot say enough good things about Goodstart Riddells Creek. They took amazing care of my child and run an excellent program. I wish we could have stayed and not attended school. Shellie, Shannon and the staff provide hands on support whenever required and kept me up to date at all times. My child adored her educators. I recommend a tour if you’re looking for a caring team.

I'm blown away by the level of care and attention the girls show the kids here. Everyone is so passionate about making this the best possible experience for the children. The center director is a true inspiration, always going the extra mile for both her staff and the kids.

Our two children have attended this centre for 5 years now. The centre right now is the best I've seen it, with it being very family and community focused. This effort comes directly from the staff and management of this centre, who I've personally noticed are always looking for more ways to improve the experience of families. Our children aren't in full time care, but nonetheless are always happy to go, which in itself shows they are in an environment they're comfortable and feel safe in. Thank you all!!

I cannot fault this centre. Shellie and her team are always welcoming with a friendly smile and hello. The staff are invested in the development and growth of each individual child, treating them all as if they were their own. The centre is clean, with a very cute pet turtle who greets you at the door. They have set the rooms up really well with different learning spaces and the outdoor play areas for the different ages are excellent The staff all know each child’s name and favourite things to do as well as taking the time to make them feel special and loved (especially on their birthdays). The communication has always been excellent, with calls to us if there has been any sort of incident involving our children, and regular updates on the app with pictures. I have never felt worried leaving my children in their care, and the love they both have for their educators is apparent when my oldest asks if they can come for a play over on the weekends, and the squeal of excitement from my youngest as I drive into the car park. We have loved how much both of our children have grown in confidence and learned skills, creating so many lasting memories at the centre. I would highly recommend this childcare/kinder to anyone in the area. Megan Collins

Honestly the warmest and friendliest childcare centre I have been too ! The staff are so amazing and friendly and they really go out of their way to help you in every way. My daughter has settled in so well even though she really found it hard to be separated from me at the beginning. Thanks for all your hard work !
