If you care about your childs safety then don't enrol them here. My son received a head injury and neither parents nor emergency contact were notified. I had to follow up via call after pickup the day of and was told they "had no idea" and they'd "follow up" and call me back. No such thing happened. After a week of no contact from the centre I sent an email regarding unenrolling my child as I felt his health and safety were not concerning to them and felt as though they were sweeping it all under the rug. Only to organise a phone call for a half-assed apology and no responsibility. Not happy and won't be coming back. Thankyou Karen for neglecting my child and accepting no accountability.

Great service great staff. Friendly and homely

Choosing Mayfield Bayswater has been one of the best parenting decisions we’ve made. He started there just after 11 months old and has been with them for over a year now — and we couldn’t be happier. The level of care, attention, and genuine love they show for the children is amazing. Our son eats and sleeps so well with them (honestly, he eats better there than he does at home — the food must be *that* good!), and they’re always sharing the sweetest stories and updates with us. One of the things we appreciate most is how small and intimate the centre is. The staff really get to know each child individually, and as parents, we feel connected and familiar with the whole team — not a constant rotation of new faces. It makes the environment feel so safe and personal. The daily photos and thoughtful feedback are such a lovely touch. They give us insight into his day and help us support his development at home too. We’re so grateful to have found Mayfield Bayswater — they’ve truly become a second home for our little boy.

My son has been attending Mayfield for 4 months now, starting when he was just 10 months old and he absolutely loves it! The educators are amazing with him and have made the transition into care so smooth for this anxious mumma. There’s a really personal, family feel to the centre and I always feel confident that he’s in safe, caring hands. It’s been so lovely watching him build relationships and thrive in such a nurturing environment. Highly recommend Mayfield to any parent looking for a centre that genuinely cares🙌🏼❤️

My little one attended childcare for the first time and I am happy we made the choice to enrol her in Mayfield Bayswater. Just few weeks into childcare, we have seen a lot of improvement on her. She was not sleep trained so I was worried how she'd have her nap. The educators have worked their magic and she now takes long naps in there. She must really like the food they serve too as she keeps asking for extra. I love the pics they take and upload in the app as I get to see a glimpse of how she behaves in their care. I could feel the educators' genuine concern for the kids. They really take the time to get to know each kid and adjust their approach accordingly. She still cries when I leave her but I know she enjoys being there because she looks for them on non-childcare days. Overall, I am happy that she's in their care.

My little one is always so happy and excited to go to Mayfield every day — and that’s a true reflection of the loving support she receives from all the educators. She’s thriving and growing into a confident little girl, thanks to the team’s passion, care, and genuine love for children.
