We absolutely love Goodstart Bayswater North! From the moment you walk in, the centre feels so warm and welcoming. The educators are incredibly friendly, caring and genuinely invested in the children. My little ones feel so comfortable there that they run straight up to the educators at drop off and barely even notice me leaving, which says everything about how safe and happy they feel. We also really appreciate the regular updates through the app, including photos throughout the day, plus the verbal updates at pickup so we always know how their day has been. It gives such peace of mind knowing they are in such caring hands. Highly recommend to any families looking for a nurturing and supportive childcare centre!

As a first time mum returning to work, the most daunting aspect was leaving my daughter in daycare. From the moment we were on the waiting list, I can't fault the team at Goodstart Early Learning Bayswater North. They kept in touch with me while I was on the waitlist and were incredibly welcoming and supportive through the orientation process. From day 1 entering the centre it was a friendly vibe with happy and welcoming educators. I am so incredibly grateful for our experience here. It has been a wonderful year for my daughter in the nursery and the care from Belinda as the Centre Director who always makes time to answer any questions, to the amazing educators in Raylene, Allie and Izzy, it is such a joy for my daughter to excitedly talk about daycare and know that these wonderful educators genuinely care and go above and beyond for the kids. I couldn't speak more highly of the centre and the staff here.

All 3 of my children have gone to this centre and 2 still do, I couldn't recommend them more! they are such caring and lovely people! They build such a beautiful connection with each family and truly care about each child's learning experience :)

A caring and very well run centre.

Excellent childcare with warm, caring and engaging educators. We’ve been blessed to have looked after by the Goodstart family! Everyone - from educators to their administration team personally knows each child and parent. Despite the older facilities, the care they provide is unmatched and the long waitlist is the reflection of that.

Goodstart Bayswater has been the most fantastic place for my 3yo daughter. The educators and kinder teachers are attentive to all the kids, involved in play time and have a fantastic relationship with my daughter. The staff in the centre itself are always very welcoming. Communication is very good and open. The facilities are great, open rooms and nice new outdoor yard. Extremely happy with the centre and so glad we found this place after a very chaotic experience at another local centre. Also - germ control has been fantastic - outbreaks of nasty viruses seem to be contained to one room and not spread across the centre - so hygiene is clearly very good! All in all very happy and impressed with Goodstart 😊

Two of my children have attended this centre, and we’ve had a wonderful experience. The staff are always friendly, caring, and attentive. My youngest needed some extra support with speech and social skills, and the team went above and beyond to help him.

I am disappointed with the level of care provided at this centre. My main concern relates to duty of care. On one occasion, my 14m daughter went the entire day without a nap — 7.5 hours awake — and I received no communication about this from staff before we picked her up. Later that evening, we discovered her nappy was full of sand, including in her genital and groin area. We suspect this may have been the reason she was unable to have her afternoon sleep, as she was unable to communicate that she was uncomfortable to the carers. When I checked the nappy-changing roster the following week, it recorded that she was changed at 11:45 am (noted as “wet”) and again at approximately 1:20 pm (noted as “dry”). It is unusual for her to have a dry nappy, unless she is very unwell. This raises concern that she either was not changed at that time, or was not being offered enough water. Since her water bottle was almost empty at the end of day, this indicates that she was only changed once that day. These issues, combined with a couple of other concerns, led us to cancel our care arrangement with this centre. I was fully transparent with the director about my reasons for cancelling care.
