I truly believe the earliest years of a child’s life are filled with the most precious moments of growth, trust, and discovery. My goal is to create a warm, calm, and loving environment where every baby feels safe, secure, and deeply cared for. I value the special bonds we build with each child. By carefully observing and responding to their little cues, expressions, and sounds, I support them with patience, comfort, and genuine care. Watching babies grow, reach their milestones, and begin to explore the world around them is incredibly special to me. It is a true privilege to be part of your child’s early journey and to support them with love, respect, and kindness every single day- Ms Anne, the baby room leader

As Centre Director, I truly believe that families are a child’s first and most important teachers. At Treasure Cove ELC, we see families and educators as partners, working together to create a loving and supportive environment where every child can grow, learn, and feel a true sense of belonging.
Your knowledge of your child is incredibly valuable, and by working together we can give them the best possible start in life. I believe every family and child should have a voice in their learning journey, and open communication is something I deeply value.
On a personal note, my own daughter attends the 1–2 room, so I share this community not only as a director but also as a parent. I understand the trust families place in us, and it is something I hold very close to my heart.
I look forward to building strong connections with you and supporting your child’s early learning journey.-Jot Kaur, Centre Director

Parent communication and involvement

Parent communication and involvement

We believe that parents are a child’s first and most important teachers, and we work closely with families to support each child’s learning and development.

Through one-on-one meetings with parents, we share observations, discuss progress, and plan the next steps together. We believe that for a child to reach their full potential, educators and families must work hand in hand.

We value open communication and always welcome feedback from families, as their insights help us continuously improve our practices.

Many families join our centre through strong recommendations from our current parents, reflecting the trust and meaningful relationships we have built within our community.

About the Curriculum

About the Curriculum

Learning begins long before birth, and in our Jellyfish (0-1.5 yrs old) and Turtles (1.5-2 yrs old), we create a warm, nurturing environment where every baby feels safe, loved, and supported to explore. Through our Key Educator approach, educators build close, trusting relationships with each child, allowing them to truly understand their cues, interests, and individual needs.

At this age, children learn greatly through what they see, so we provide rich visual literacy opportunities to support early language development and help children begin interacting with their world and making simple choices about their learning. Through sensory play, music, stories, and meaningful everyday experiences, each day becomes a gentle and exciting journey of discovery.

Safety

Safety

We prioritise the safety and well-being of every child at our centre through strong leadership, clear policies, and a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Red Nose safe sleep training is completed by all staff to ensure safe sleep practices are consistently followed
  • Secure, well-supervised environments maintained at all times across the centre
Clear safety policies and procedures implemented in daily practice
  • CCTV cameras installed to enhance safety and provide additional peace of mind for families
  • A safe, nurturing environment is provided where children can learn, play, and grow confidently
  • Allergy-safe, mite-free carpets to support children’s health, comfort, and well-being
  • Ongoing commitment to creating a clean, safe, and responsive environment for all children and families
  • The centre values and actively takes on board all feedback from families to support continuous improvement

I couldn’t be happier with the care our son receives here. The staff are genuinely warm and attentive and the environment is safe, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up for little ones to explore and learn. I have noticed real growth in his confidence, social skills, and curiosity, and it’s clear the team puts real thought into the activities and experiences they offer. Communication with parents is open and reassuring, and I always feel like I know exactly how his day has gone.
