I’m really disappointed to be writing this review about Edge Early Learning, because the individual educators we experienced were incredible. They built beautiful relationships with our children and genuinely cared about the families they supported. Unfortunately, most of those wonderful staff members have now left. My concerns are not about the educators — they were amazing. My concerns are about the company and its leadership. After an incident involving my child and an agency staff member I was not notified for over 5.5 hours. Upon requesting a copy of incident report the area manager couldn’t even manage to get my child’s name correct. I had a few more questions that I replied with via email and never received a response. For a company responsible for young children, that level of communication is extremely disappointing. It’s also worth noting that incentives are offered for 5-star reviews, which makes it hard to know which reviews genuinely reflect families’ experiences. When multiple (over 10) staff members resign at once and parent concerns go unanswered, it raises real questions about management and workplace culture. I truly hope the company reflects and makes changes, because the children and remaining educators deserve better.

Both my granddaughters have attended this service since opening. They have both thrived in this environment with a kind, inclusive and nurturing team. I have been in the service to pick them up and drop off on many occasions- Jessica, Jasmine and Cassie are always super friendly and helpful if I have any questions or need help. The teachers are extremely supportive during drop offs, and my granddaughters are always talking to me on the weekends about how much fun they have and share what they have learnt. 5/5 Team Morayfield East Edge 👏

I cannot speak highly enough of the management and educators at Edge Early Learning Morayfield East. My daughter attended this service, and I truly cannot recommend it enough to other families. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine love for the children truly stands out from other centres. Knowing my child was in such a nurturing, supportive, and secure environment gave me complete peace of mind. Edge Early Learning Morayfield East goes above and beyond for the children and families in their care. I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done for my daughter and highly recommend this service to any family looking for a loving and trustworthy childcare centre.

Always welcoming and lovely when I pick up my niece, the children always look as though they’re having loads of fun and learning.

We’ve had a really positive experience at Edge Early Learning Morayfield East. Our son has settled in so well and always seems comfortable and happy there. The director Jess & her offsider Cassie are fantastic and go out of their way to make sure parents and kids feel welcome and well informed. The staff are all super friendly, the centre is very organised, and we’re really happy with our choice.

Very happy with how well presented and clean the centre is. Everyone is very welcoming, easy to approach and make drop offs a breeze for my children and I. The connections between my children and the educators are unmatched. I am super happy with this centre and would recommend to anyone.

My nephew attends Edge Early Learning Morayfield East and we’ve had such a wonderful experience with the centre. We have been attending here for a while now and our boy loves it. He’s always telling us about the fun things he does. We love his educators too. Always helpful and happy to have a chat about our boys day. It really makes going to work easy knowing he’s so well cared for. The office and management team are a delight also! You can tell they genuinely care about the children. 5 ⭐️
