The management of the centre is excellent, however the staff need closer supervision and more psychological assessment. Today was my daughter’s first day, and she was treated poorly by one of the staff members. She was pushed and her arm was pulled in a very harsh and strict manner, which had a negative impact on her. We had a wonderful experience with Kids & Co. My son Ameer spent around 3 years here and was always happy and excited to go every day. He learned a lot and developed strong social and language skills. The staff are caring and supportive, and truly treat the children like family. The gift was very thoughtful and well prepared. It will always remain a beautiful memory for us.

I only can say that they are amazing! They are always very helpful, my daughter educators are incredible (Sushi, Sicily, Nana, Emily and Kathy) I am beyond grateful to them. My daughter was always happy to go and be there because they always showed her so much affection and she had a great time there for the last 2 and a half years. Also Tari and his parents are amazing. Thank you so much for being such a nice people and caring about our kids ✨

My son started Kids and Centre early this year , we were quite nervous about how he would adapt to the new routine and environment-especially after being so attached to home. To our surprise and relief, he settled in beautifully within just a month! The educators and staff at Kids and Co were incredibly patient, nurturing, and supportive throughout the transition. They made him feel safe, welcomed, and engaged from the very beginning.He now looks forward to going every morning. We’ve seen noticeable improvements in his communication, confidence, and social skills. The centre strikes a great balance between structured learning and play, and it’s clear that the staff truly care about the wellbeing and development of each child. We’re super grateful to have found such a warm and supportive centre. My heartfelt thanks to all the members of Kids and Co for everything you do! Would definitely recommend them to any parents looking for a great daycare.

My experience with Kids & Co Early Learning Centre Melbourne CBD, specifically with Tari, was disappointing due to what I felt was discriminatory behavior toward a specific nationality. I expected an inclusive and welcoming environment for all cultures, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope this issue is addressed to ensure fair treatment for everyone.
