Our daughter loves it, and happily tells us about her day each night. There are lots of different spaces for the children to play in, including an excellent outdoors area which is quite shady. In contrast to other centres, centre mgt will facilitate enough notice and guidance that need to be filled. *High* staff turnover, adding that Mel, the acting director, at the time sends policy feedback to parents. But no acknowledgment of whether feedback would be considered or not. Lacking 'basic' skills to consult. Basic. If I could report a number of non-compliances at this premises to council, I would. My son started at 9 months here, whilst he didn't take to it at first, the beautiful staff would always seek ways to... My son started at 9 months here, whilst he didn't take to it at first, the beautiful staff would always seek ways to assist the transition to help make it a better experience for him. Now he is 2 and stands at our front door ready to go. My daughter has also started and she also has a great time. We love how the owner takes a hand on approach within the centre and every single staff member has been so amazing to our kids we absolutely will recommend to anyone. Read more
