Five stars doesn't feel enough to describe the exceptional care Liz provides to the children attending Happy Smiles FDC. Our son has been attending since he was 2 years old and still happily attends during school holidays. The children are well cared for, nurtured, educated, and fed... our son never stops talking about the delicious meals Liz prepares! Most importantly, she creates a fun, loving, and safe environment... It's so safe that it feels like a 2nd home, our son often asks if he can go on weekends or even stay for a sleepover. The school readiness and transition-to-school program at Happy Smiles is outstanding compared to other centres. His reading, writing, spelling and maths is advanced compared to his peers, thanks to Liz’s dedication and support our son transitioned smoothly into Kindergarten. She communicates with us parents really well, making sure we're informed throughout the day and always communicates openly and promptly if anything arises. What stands out most is the genuine love, care, and dedication Liz shows towards every child. She truly prioritises the children’s safety, wellbeing, happiness, and development. Our son has attended other centres in the past, and we can honestly say there is no place quite like Happy Smiles FDC. Liz (So Young) is an incredible educator, and we highly recommend her and the centre to any family looking for exceptional childcare.

Our family has been with this daycare since our first son attended, and now our daughter is attending as well. We have always been very happy with the care and support provided by the educator. So Young is very organised, and with her depth of knowledge and experience, she always does her best to educate and guide the children well. Both of our children have enjoyed attending and have always felt safe and comfortable here. Communication with parents has consistently been excellent, and we truly appreciate the warm and loving environment she creates every day. It has also been very helpful for our children in building foundational coding and problem-solving skills from a young age, which we really value. We are very grateful for everything she has done for our children and would highly recommend this daycare to other parents.

We’ve had our children for several years now, and I can’t recommend it enough. The teachers are incredibly reliable and trustworthy. We never once had to worry about our child’s safety or happiness.
