We love the facilities and the educators are great. There have been a few changes over the past year but we are glad to say our child has been well taken care of in the nursery. A big thank you to all the nursery educators who have taken care of our child so far, especially the current ladies. The activities planned daily keep our child entertained and are very educational. We've noticed that the children learn so much from the educators and cannot be thankful enough for all the effort they put in day to day. The centre manager Maddi is easy to talk to and takes all concerns seriously. A big thanks to the YA team at Yagoona. Read more

I would’n recommened this school anymore to the parent want get the kid to be there. Their attitude and service so rude and poorly. They not take time to take care the kid, they not worry and understand the child’s feeling. When the kid have problem not help and take care or concern about this, instead of they talking to parent the problem from the kid, manager in there so rude, not listen from everything. My son in there always cry and don’t like to goes school. First time i got review from the childcare. So disappointed from school and the system😭 Read more

My son Adam has a hard time settling in and starting his day without me. The team were amazing and so patient. When... My son Adam has a hard time settling in and starting his day without me. The team were amazing and so patient. When it came to toilet training, they must of made it fun because he was regressing at home and suddenly was doing it like a champ. Madison has been amazing through the whole transition from toddler room to preschool and has always been very transparent with everything going on and any changes in the centre which I believe is very important to parents. I have enjoyed working along with the team at YAELC-Yagoona in meeting Adams milestones, building relations with them and watching Adams confidence and comfort boost every week. Another thing that sticks out is they always keep a clean and tidy entry with communication between the team and parents so I highly recommend this centre. Read more
