I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for my daughter Famiya’s childcare educators, especially Manu and Ping, along with the Director, Nimisha. All of them are incredibly caring and responsible, but Manu and Ping truly stand out in the way they look after the children. Manu and Ping are not only friendly, but also deeply compassionate and attentive. They treat my daughter with genuine love, patience, and kindness, just like a mother would. They always take the time to understand her needs, comfort her when needed, and encourage her learning and confidence. Their warm and positive attitude creates a safe and happy environment where my daughter feels secure and valued.

My daughter Bella has been attending this daycare for about a year now, and we have had such a wonderful experience. The staff are very kind, caring, and welcoming, which makes us feel comfortable and confident leaving Bella in their care. She truly enjoys going to daycare and always looks forward to her days there. Bella has learned so many things during her time at the centre. Almost every day she comes home excited to show us something new she learned. It’s also been lovely to see how much more social and confident she has become. I would also like to acknowledge the director, Nimisha, who has been amazing, as well as the educators who are always supportive and keep us well informed about Bella’s wellbeing and progress. The centre has also recently upgraded their outdoor area, which looks fantastic. Bella especially loves spending time outside playing and exploring. Overall, we are very happy with the centre and truly appreciate the care, patience, and dedication they give to the children.

We have had a wonderful experience at Auburn Long Day Care Centre. My elder son attended ALDCC from a young age, completed his preschool there, and has now transitioned to kindergarten. Looking back, we truly appreciate the incredible level of care and support he received throughout those important early years. When we first enrolled him, he was quite reserved and was not communicating much. He needed encouragement and guidance to build confidence, interact with other children, and express himself with teachers. The educators at ALDCC supported him with patience, kindness, and genuine care. Over time, we saw remarkable growth in his social and communication skills. The team consistently kept us informed about his progress. We received regular feedback and progress reviews, and every time we met with them, we could clearly see improvement. Their structured approach, combined with their warmth and dedication, made a significant difference in his development. The level of care and professionalism at Auburn Long Day Care Centre is truly outstanding. Whenever we had questions or needed support, the staff were always approachable, helpful, and reassuring. We are incredibly grateful to Nimisha and the entire team for the love, guidance, and encouragement they provided to our son. Highly recommended to any parents looking for a nurturing, supportive, and professional early learning environment.

We’ve been at Auburn Long Day Child Care Centre for 3 years and are consistently impressed. We started sending our daughter when she was 9 months old. Nimisha and team are so amazing and caring that they look after my child as if it was their own. Really appreciate it. I love the focus on healthy meals ,school readiness, sustainability programs, and many more. The programs are engaging, and most importantly, my child loves going there every morning. As a parent, I have seen my kid grow in every aspect and I am so happy and proud that my child goes to ALDCC. A huge thank you to Nimisha and the whole team for making us feel so welcome and for all the love, care and efforts you provide for the kids and making them grow and shine. Highly recommend for any parents looking for a professional and nurturing environment.

My son has been with ALDCC for more than 3 years and through out the period they have provided excellent care.Three words to sum up their staffs : caring, professional and polite.ALDCC will have brand amazing backyard play area ready soon.I am excited for my son.

Our experience with Auburn Long Day Care was extremely disappointing. Despite advertising an inclusive and supportive environment, we found the centre to be unwelcoming and inadequately equipped to support children with additional needs. The so-called inclusion program was not implemented in a meaningful or supportive way. My son attended this centre for over a year, yet during this time he had several negative experiences and showed little to no learning or developmental progress. Concerns raised were not handled with the care or professionalism expected from an early learning service. Overall, the lack of support, poor communication, and unprofessional approach made this a very distressing experience for our family. I would not recommend this centre to parents seeking a genuinely inclusive and nurturing childcare environment.

Thank you Nimisha for being such an amazing person and amazing Director of Auburn Long Day Child Care Centre. At ALDCC, I have seen different amazing programs and initiatives at every step - Curriculum, PALS program, rules and regulations, cleanliness, sustainability project, Munch and Move program, celebrating Mothers and Fathers day, celebrating festivals and educating them. I love the the Lunch box program initiative. My daughter was so excited and happy to take her lunch box and eat from it. Such a great initiative to make them ready for the school. I have seen the beautiful pictures of graduation ceremony Nimisha, mind blowing decoration and the way ALDCC recognize young learners' achievements in their educational path, and Boosting the child' s confidence. We as a parent what we want for our children in a childcare is the best care and the best education. And I proudly say to my friends and colleagues that my child goes to ALDCC and learns alot.Thank you so much. We can see the walls been flooded with amazing information about Healthy habits , Aboriginal information and many more and I can see my childs learning and letting us know what they have learned. Thank you so much Nimisha and thank you to all the Educators of ALDCC who always support and put their best efforts in making the children learn, grow and shine .

I have been consistently impressed by the level of care, dedication, and professionalism demonstrated by all the staff. ​In particulars, I would like to mention a sincere thanks to centre director Nimisha and some educators like Madhavi Kakani, Yui Ping Cai and Isabella, who has been exceptional. They always greet with a warm smile and has been instrumental in helping my daughter for settling in. I especially appreciate the engaging activities provided, focus on outdoor play, excellent communication about their day, and the cleanliness of the centre. It is incredibly reassuring to know that my daughter is in such a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment every day. ​Coming home happy and her level of energetic activeness when getting ready to go for the care centre is the best indicator that we made the right choice in entrusting ALDCC team with her care. ​Thank you once again for your dedication to early childhood education and for making my daughter's time at the centre so positive.

They say big hearts shape little minds and yes we feel blessed to have Miss. Ping and Miss. Manu as our son's educators.
