We are so grateful to the entire Leylands team for the love, care and support they gave Camila over the years. From the babies room in Leena through to her final days at the centre, she was always surrounded by kind, nurturing educators who genuinely cared for her development and wellbeing. Moving interstate was emotional for our family and seeing how loved Camila was by the team meant so much to us. We will always be thankful for the role Leylands played in her early years and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the centre to other families.

Don’t send your kids here. Definitely not a safe environment for young children. They hit kids and don’t follow proper regulations.

I feel so grateful knowing my daughter is in excellent and safe hands here. The staff are caring, kind, and always show great manners. The program is amazing—every day is different, and I love that they have guest teachers who introduce new skills and activities. It keeps the children engaged and excited to learn. They regularly post photos, which helps me stay connected to my daughter’s day and see how happy she is. The menu is also shared and offers great variety and options, which I really appreciate. Overall, a nurturing and well-run preschool. Highly recommend!

At Leylands Learning Centre we believe the early childhood years to be the most significant years in a child’s life. These are the years where the experiences that children are exposed to will help define who they will become.
During these most important years the children’s brain develops the most and fastest than at any other stage of a person’s life. By the age of 2 years old, the brain is about 80% of the adult size!
This is where the foundations for their learning, health and behaviour are shaped. With this belief as our foundation, we base children’s learning on their interests and life experiences which forms the basis of our curriculum, while incorporating The Early Years Learning Framework.
Another belief we hold strongly, is that parents are a child’s first and best teachers. We aim to work together with families in developing our curriculum, to ensure that we are accommodating children and their family’s needs and interests.
