Highly recommend this centre. The educators are phenomenal. So kind, caring and form solid bonds with the children. My kids have been to a few centres while moving interstate and this one is the best by far. Both my kids love to be dropped off and happy / clean at pick up. Ummu (centre director) is so accomodating with constant adjustments we’ve had to make. Easy to contact and approach. Miss Fatima is my daughter’s favourite educator she’s ever had and she cannot speak highly enough of her. If you want a centre you can TRUST with your children, this is the place. Even though we are not in the area anymore we travel just to bring them here because that’s how worth it they are. Thank you Swan Academy, we appreciate every single one of you.

The educators are warm, kind and truly dedicated to the children’s learning and wellbeing. Every day she comes home happy, confident and excited to share what she has learned. The environment is safe, clean and filled with engaging activities that help the children grow, explore and develop new skills. I also love how the educators communicate with families and keep us updated with photos and daily notes, it really shows how much effort they put into everything they do. Seeing my daughter build strong relationships with her educators and friends has been the best part. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a nurturing and positive space. I couldn’t ask for a better childcare experience. ❤️

We been to few childcare centers and choose this for our daughter Jade, she started when she was 8 months old, she has been baby room to preschool room. We are so appreciated all educators here, especially Manpreet, Jessie, Sanchita, Fatima, Tara, Nita.., they are being so supportive and kind. You can tell some people are love kids from their heart not just for work. They also organize lots of fun weekly activities and incursions for all kids. My daughter and we all love this center. Highly recommended! Best education money can’t buy! Just leave your love one to them. You won’t regret! If I can give 10 stars I would!

Swan Academy is one of the best child care center we’ve ever experienced. From the very first day, my daughter felt safe, welcomed, and happy—and that’s all because of the amazing staff and nurturing environment you’ve created. As parents, we were amazed at how easily she adjusted and how much she grew during her time with you. We’re truly grateful for everything they’ve done. Highly recommend!

Swan Academy is like a second home for my son. My son was attending this care from 9 months to 3 years old. All the teachers are excellent and caring, and best of all, they are welcoming and greet both the child and parents with a happy smile and hug both in the morning and evening after a tiring day managing children (this set a benchmark for choosing a daycare for my son when we moved interstate). The centre's activities are fun, creative and engaging. Under the leadership of Ummu, we can see this daycare flourishing and taking off to an even higher level. The rooms are airy, clean, spacious, and the outdoor area is excellent, too, with cycling, gardening and other outdoor activities. Drop-offs and pick-ups are convenient, with plenty of parking options in the basement. There are a variety of toys, and they also rotate the resources frequently. They had a unique and interactive group time with rhymes and stories; my son could communicate and narrate very well. The teachers motivate the kids and provide plenty of opportunities and exposure. As a result, we saw active participation from many kids. Teachers post the activities and send updates about our kids regularly. They are hard-working and passionate. They listen to our concerns, respond promptly, and work closely with the parents, providing excellent outcomes. As parents, we feel safe and secure and are at peace sending my kid here under their care and love. I can't thank everyone at this centre enough and highly recommend it, and I'm sure you will be happy with your decision for your kid. Special mention goes to Jessie, Manpreeth, Namratha, Fatima, Rashmi, Sanchita and Ummu. My gratitude to all the teachers, and you remain in our hearts forever as you are the first teachers in my son's life.

My daughter Inaaya started going to Swan Academy in April this year. I am so happy to say that it has been a memorable year for her as she loves her pre school and her teachers so much . She misses school on her off days a lot.. I am very grateful to all the teachers Miss Ummu , Miss Sanchita , Miss Fatima for your motherly love and care towards my child, that she doesn’t even want to return home often.Initially, I was very sceptical to send her but you all proved to be the best! I’m amazed to see the improvement in my child’s behaviour, her learning abilities , her speaking and eating habits . The tasks and daily activities are very well demonstrated to the students .She is eagerly waiting everyday to go school and Miss titta ( sanchita) Miss Fatima, Miss Rachna and Miss Ummu she loves you all so much . Great team of educators. Highly recommended.
