My child attended this daycare from age 2 to 5, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The teachers are professional, kind, and caring, always providing a nurturing environment. Over these three years, she has learned so much and was always happy to go to school. We are very grateful for the care and support she received. Highly recommend this daycare!

The First Step preschool at Beaumont Hill has been a blessing 🙌. Their preschool program has benefited my child to transition well into primary school. It has given her confidence through sufficient language development and motor skills and she was able to write the alphabets with confidence. Transitioning into a new school setting, she was able to have independence and find her sense of self to explore and learn with awe and excitement. She started at preschool only after a mid way through the year, and at the beginning of her journey, she was scared and confused. She became stressed, not knowing what was expected of her. After 5 months, she got to learn the rules and the preschool culture and make friends. She formed special bonds with her friends and peers and felt like she belonged. She also formed her own space within the larger setting and became very confident to move and speak and be herself at preschool. There may be a small struggle at first, especially if starting later in the year, because at this age, the kids start to understand the rules and culture and relationships, but we were able to get through that stage with the support of the staff members and really come through to a good place. Amazing centre!

This center is very dirty, not like the pictures. Their staff said cleaner come only one time a week. Their management is bad. Their manager lies. When you try to contact their owner, and explain to him very kindly. The owner is very rude. This daycare is cheaper than other daycare. Something cheaper has reason. Don't send your lovely child to this awful daycare.

Cie and the team at First Steps Beaumont Hills have provided such incredible care and love for my daughter since she was 5 months old. With their support, she has developed strong creative and social skills. She loves the days she attends the center and always runs in to get big welcome hugs from the educators. I’m always confident she is getting the best care, education and love from the team.
