Bright early learning Childcare has been a wonderful and nurturing environment for my child. The staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's development. I've noticed significant positive changes in my child's social skills and confidence since starting from last year The facilities are clean, safe, and well-equipped with age-appropriate toys and learning materials. I particularly appreciate the variety of activities offered, which keep the children engaged and stimulated. Communication from the center is excellent, with regular updates and photos that keep me informed about my child's day. My daughter attends Bright Future Early Learning. As soon as we walk in and she realises where we are she smiles, waves her arms and squeals in delight. She is always excited to see her educators. The educators keep us updated on how she is going each day and listen to any changes to her routine, we put in place. The open hours are very convenient for our family 7am-6pm. The Storypark app is updated in real time so I can always log in and see what she is up to, while I am at work. We are very glad we found and chose Bright Future Early Learning.

I had a very disappointing experience with this daycare centre. Unfortunately, I had concerns about the well-being and safety of my children in the environment. Despite providing feedback on multiple occasions about staff, the learning environment, and hygiene, I didn’t notice any significant improvements. This lead to my decision to withdraw my children. I also experienced very poor communication in exchanges with management and staff. I hope others don’t have a similar experience and hope the daycare makes improvements for future families as it was a very unpleasant situation to deal with.

Bright Future Kambah has been amazing.The staff is caring,professional,and creates a nurturing environment where my child thrives.Highly recommend to any parent looking for childcare.
