I don’t even have the words to describe how wonderful this childcare is. We have been to different childcare centres in various states for our kids, and I can honestly say this one stands out as the best. The educators are excellent — Sandra, Tabi, Aparna, Elle, and others. My son loves going to Tabi and Aparna’s hand at drop-off. Aparna is such a gem; I have never seen her without a smile, and she truly enjoys spending time with the children. My little boy has always been a “mama’s boy” but these incredible people made his transition so easy. We were also pleasantly surprised when they gave us back our family photo, beautifully decorated, before we left. Hayley truly leads from the front, and I am often amazed at how quickly she responds to our enquiries. We are really sad that time has flown by and that he now has to leave.

The complete lack of hygiene is typical. The floor where the children play is dirty, the toys are dirty. They don't take care of the children, their noses are running, their mouths are full of food residue. It's a horrible sight! This is just a conservatory, there is no care. I would be happy to help change this if the person in charge reads it!

It’s hard to put into words how grateful we are for the last 6 years our family has spent at Kidz Magic Capestone. From the very beginning, we’ve always felt such genuine warmth, care, and community from Hayley and the entire team. Both of our children have absolutely flourished — growing in confidence, learning so much, and genuinely loving their time at the centre. The dedication, kindness, and passion from every educator shines through in the way the children are supported and celebrated each day. As parents, we always felt reassured knowing our little ones were in the best possible hands. Kidz Magic isn’t just a daycare — it’s a family, and we feel so lucky to have been apart of it. My Daughter attended this daycare for 1 year, in nursery and the toddler room. We absolutely loved this centre, her educators formed a beautiful bond with her and she was always doing fun activities, learnt so much and was busy having fun with plenty to choose from with free play with her little friends. Hayley the centre manager is so welcoming and truly gets to know the children and is always in the rooms bonding with them or doing fun face painting in the afternoons. They do lots of fun events that involve family, there is so much more good things about this centre, we wish we didn’t have to leave but we had relocated out of Brisbane.

Honestly the best daycare my kids have ever been too. The nursery staff take the time to form bonds and connections with my 14 month old. It’s her first time in care but the ladies make her feel so comfortable! My 2.8 year old also loves going to “school” and playing with the chickens. He also talks often about his teachers. Hayley the centre director is always around and nothing is too much trouble for her. I love that she is so hands on and super welcoming!

Hayley and the team are exceptional. At some workplaces (and especially in childcare) you can just smell the drama - that's not the case here. The respect shown between educators and parents/children is something else. If you want your child to be somewhere where they will be appreciated and cared for by professionals who genuinely care, this is the place. We moved house and currently live 45 minutes away...I drive past so many childcare places just to stay with Kidz Magic. It's worth the fuel.
