We have been here for 3 years and its been great for my little one. Lots and lots of room to run around!

Love this centre!! The educators treat me and my kids like family. I love the huge playgrounds and horse paddocks my kids get to play in everyday. My kids get to experience animal care with the horses, chickens and turkey, gardening, playing at the water park and having camp fires for outdoor cooking experiences, all which I get told about in individual storys. I absolutely love it and I love how my kids don't want to come home at the end of the day. Thank you team. We love you.

Wonderful friendly caring staff with all the rooms that are inviting. The yards are always set up that ensures the children are safe while having a great time. Well done! Highly recommend this daycare.

Worst daycare around constant calls to pick up our child that they claimed was sick with 39 degree temps and just called us not an ambulance get there check child he's. 36 so apparently made full recovery in half hr same things happening fir weeks any only when a certain staff was working this would happen it's like they call all parents send all the kids home.so they have an easy quiet day also no clothes our child went in were ever on him again or in his property seem to disappear clothing every day staff very rude when asked where it is never send a child here

Care in baby rooms was good. All went downhill when transitioned to little lambs. Very disorganised centre. Director is elusive and avoids situations that may be uncomfortable. Lots of agency staff. They use an under roof ratio so the ratios of staff to children may not be what it's supposed to be. My son was left outside in 38 degree heat when the UV index was extreme. He had no hat on and they were unable to tell me when he last had sunscreen applied. When I picked him up he was sitting in a stagnant puddle of water trying to cool down. He was so overheated it was lucky he didn't have heatstroke. As a result he was sunburnt for a few days. He was so thirsty who knows when he was last offered water. He got bitten and I was never notified. Just happened to notice the bite when bathing. He would have screamed. Kids bite I understand that but very concerning that no notification was given. When questioned they had nothing to say. Do not send your child here. I could rattle off so many more issues. If I had more time I'd report them to the department for neglect. Not the staff fault. They are doing the best they can given the working conditions. Centre very poorly managed. There is a reason they are not meeting expectations in the rating.

I urge anyone considering enrolling their child here to think again and do your research. Our son sustained a serious injury to his foot while in the "care" of this centre which required extensive medical treatment at QCH, narrowly escaping a skin graft surgery. Bushkidz have been issued a compliance action as they were found to be in breach section 167(1) of the Education and Care Services National Law (Queensland) – Offence relating to protection of children from harm and hazard. After a lengthy investigation from the regulatory authority, I have still not been given a clear story of what actually happened to my child and was refused to be shown the CCTV footage of the incident by the director. I have been told my multiple medical professionals that the description on the incident report could not explain the extent of the injuries sustained in any circumstance. If you make the same mistake as I did and give this place a chance I would urge you to ask them for their CCTV policy (which was out of date at the time of the incident and written before they had even installed CCTV) and also ask to see a record of their non-compliance which must be provided to ANYONE upon request. The director is unprofessional, rude and somewhat elusive. Abrupt and dismissive in emails and almost impossible to contact over the phone. The orientation process was figure it out yourself and hope for the best. Disorganised, chaotic, poor staffing constantly.. working under roof guidelines to maintain legal obligations however not meeting actual room based ratios. Numerous reports of kids watching screens from community members and staff dismissing concerns. I could go on forever. After 2 months in a new centre, the contrast is gobsmacking, smooth orientation process, organised, actually meeting the director face to face who was could confirm she would be more than happy to show us CCTV footage of any incident involving our child and would be actively investigating said incident and watching it with us. I would hate for another family and child to experience this trauma so please please, think twice.

Very professional and caring staff, the children are always so happy and cared, would definitely recommend for any child 😀
