As a former worker and parent, absolute WORST childcare centre I have ever come across. How the place is allowed to operate on a daily basis is beyond me, I witnessed staff members physically harming children and when reported to the director they would remove them from the room for all of 10 minutes and allow them to continue like nothing happened, safety protocols not being followed, rooms not being cleaned properly, severely understaffed and continuously over ratio. Unqualified staff members left alone to run a room and not to mention half the staff who hadn’t even signed legal contracts, my child got bitten 6 times in 2 weeks and they could not have cared less. I had to demand incident reports because half the time no one even seen the biting happen. Numerous injuries every day that educators would just ignore and not report. If you care about your child’s education and well being I would not even give this place a second thought. Worst childcare centre ever and should be shut down. Read more

Care in baby rooms was good. All went downhill when transitioned to little lambs. Very disorganised centre. Director is elusive and avoids situations... Care in baby rooms was good. All went downhill when transitioned to little lambs. Very disorganised centre. Director is elusive and avoids situations that may be uncomfortable. Lots of agency staff. They use an under roof ratio so the ratios of staff to children may not be what it's supposed to be. My son was left outside in 38 degree heat when the UV index was extreme. He had no hat on and they were unable to tell me when he last had sunscreen applied. When I picked him up he was sitting in a stagnant puddle of water trying to cool down. He was so overheated it was lucky he didn't have heatstroke. As a result he was sunburnt for a few days. He was so thirsty who knows when he was last offered water. He got bitten and I was never notified. Just happened to notice the bite when bathing. He would have screamed. Kids bite I understand that but very concerning that no notification was given. When questioned they had nothing to say. Do not send your child here. I could rattle off so many more issues. If I had more time I'd report them to the department for neglect. Not the staff fault. They are doing the best they can given the working conditions. Centre very poorly managed. There is a reason they are not meeting expectations in the rating. Read more
