Very happy with Joy. My little man transferred from another daycare and is so much happier. He often doesn’t want to come home at the end of the day because he’s having so much fun. Staff are lovely and are great at communicating about how my child’s day has been. The spaces are set up really well with a fantastic outdoor area. But the one thing I would love to see is more pretend play, such as a kitchen, ice-cream stand, or washing machine, for Nursery 2 and the Toddler rooms. The rooms do seem to be getting more resources so hopefully something like that is on the way.

Couldn’t be any happier with our experience with Joy early learning our little boy settled in very quickly bringing home smiles every afternoon at pick up. His educators are amazing and show him so much love every day.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my child receives at this daycare. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. They always take the time to communicate with me about how my child’s day has been, which gives me great peace of mind. One thing that really stands out is how clean and well-maintained the centre is. The environment is always tidy, hygienic, and welcoming. My child feels comfortable, happy, and excited to attend each day, which says everything. I’m so grateful to have found such a caring and professional team. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and clean environment for their child.

After relocating from nz we were very anxious about putting our 2 children in to daycare but the staff have been great with settling our babies despite the big cultural differences. The Communication and support has been great which has helped us all settle in with daycare.

We have had such a wonderful experience at Joy Early Learning. Our two children have attended since the centre opened, and the care they receive is outstanding. The staff are kind, inclusive, understanding, and genuinely care about every child. Communication from both the room educators and management is excellent, and we always feel informed and involved in our children’s learning. The educational outcomes are transparent and include parent input. The centre itself is always clean and welcoming, with beautiful natural learning materials and amazing healthy food that our kids love. In fact, they often ask if they can go to “school”! We’ve experienced a few different daycares over the years, and Joy Early Learning wins hands down. Highly recommend.

I have two children at joy early learning. Staff have always been so kind, accommodating and my kids have so much fun! Staff and management are quick to fix any issues that may arise. A beautiful new centre with great amenities. Can’t recommend enough. My kids love attending!

We completed all enrolment forms and were formally accepted. An acceptance email was issued, and the required deposit was paid. Subsequently, we encountered issues with Centrelink and requested that the enrolment be placed on hold for one week to allow this matter to be resolved. This request was communicated clearly and in good faith. Despite this, during the agreed hold period, we were informed that our place had been withdrawn and that we no longer had a spot. This decision was made without warning. We believe this action to be unreasonable.

Our experience with Joy Early Learning has been very positive. The Reggio Emilia–inspired environment, with natural and recycled materials, is thoughtfully designed and really supports curiosity and creativity. The large outdoor area offers wonderful opportunities for playing in the nature. The Nursery educators, Silvia, Rashmi, and Miwa, are incredibly caring, patient, and welcoming, which made our child’s transition feel safe and reassuring. Communication has been detailed and supportive, especially through face-to-face conversations at pick-up. We truly appreciate the care and effort the team puts into creating such a warm and engaging environment for our child and our family.
