All the staff are very kind and supportive. Really recommend this CC. My children really enjoy the time in Guardian Sunnybank.

Our family has been with guardian for over 6 years now and we have loved every moment. The staff are fantastic, so warm and welcoming. Both my children speak so highly of the educators who have taught them over the years, even calling Casey at reception a second mum! 🥹 it’s truely such an awesome community feeling, we are so very grateful for everyone there.

Extremely disappointed with the communication here. Despite being rated 'Exceeding' in QA6, their real-world communication is poor. There was an HFMD outbreak in the room, and staff failed to verbally inform me during drop-off. When I raised concerns, the management was very defensive, claiming a notice was posted (it was posted very late) and even suggested the infection might have happened anyway. Zero accountability and zero empathy for child safety. I moved my child elsewhere and am much happier now.

Though it was just our first tour, the centre manager Angie was really welcoming, and we could feel that she loves what she does and genuinely cares about our concerns and how to really help our bub adapt and settle in, making sure their values and offerings align with ours in the first place. She later introduced our bub to teacher Kanly in the room who also warmly welcomed us and made us, especially our bub, feel safe and welcoming. She acted professionally where we noticed she pays great attention to hygiene when handling young kids. Other teachers in the room were also nice and lovely. Then, Angie showed us around through to other rooms and play-areas where we find kids are happy, and the environment is clean and well-organised. We were also very impressed by the efficient, effective and engaging communications, both on-line and off-line, conducted by Angie's team. We think Angie's team stands out from a good number of nearby CC centres we've visited. We wish Angie's team continue the great work they have done for the community!

Guardian Sunnybank Childcare is a truly wonderful. The management team is professional, caring, and always supportive, and every teacher I’ve met over the past 12 years has been warm, dedicated, and passionate about the children. Both of my kids have received the highest quality care here during their early years, and the centre has played a huge role in building their confidence and helping them transition smoothly into school. I’m so grateful for everything they have done for my family. Highly recommended to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and inspiring childcare centre.

We are very happy with Guardian. The educators are always patient, kind, and supportive. The team is very stable, which makes a huge difference for our child — he feels safe, confident, and comfortable with the familiar teachers who know him well. We have seen great improvements in his independence, social skills, and daily routines. We truly appreciate the love and care the educators provide every day. Absolutely loved this centre. After experiencing 4 other well known centres locally, I have decided to send 4 of my daughters to this Guardian Sunnybank branch, and they really loved it there. The centre's chef is so knowledgable at providing the most fresh & nutrition-balanced food for our kids. Centre environment is always kept very clean. But most importantly is the quality of their educators and managers. As everyone knows, aside from us parents, these educators play the biggest roles in our kids' childhood, they really show love to our kids, and know when to be strict and educating the little ones with good & correct behaviours. The staff are always around and attended, unlike other childcare centres, you dont see new educators joining the centre, nor old staffs quitting, that states how well the centre is established. After being in this centre makes me wonder how different my life would be if I could have experienced all these when I was little. Best childcare I know of, highly recommended.
