Explore & Develop Castlereagh Street has been an amazing part of our family’s journey, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. My son attended this wonderful childcare centre for two and a half years, starting from the age of 17 months. The educators at Explore & Develop have been amazing. Their warmth, dedication, and genuine care for each child are evident in everything they do. They took the time to truly understand my son as an individual, nurturing his interests, supporting his development, and creating a safe and loving environment where he could thrive. The educators are not only highly skilled but also incredibly passionate about their work, and it shows in the way they engage with the children and foster a sense of belonging. My son formed strong bonds with his educators in each of the centre's rooms. The centre itself is thoughtfully designed, with a focus on creating stimulating and enriching learning experiences. The activities and programs are diverse, creative, and tailored to the children’s developmental stages, ensuring they are both fun and educational. My son came home every day excited to share what he had learned and experienced, whether it was a new craft project, a song or story he loved, or a skill he had mastered. It was clear that his time at Explore & Develop was helping him grow into a confident, curious, and happy little boy. Communication with families is another area where the centre excels. Paul (the owner) and the educators kept us informed every step of the way, sharing updates, photos, and insights into my son's progress. This open and transparent approach made us feel like true partners in his early learning journey. Explore & Develop Castlereagh Street is very conveniently located near Martin Place in Sydney. It was very close to my office and my wife's office, making it easier to balance work and family life. The availability of parking bays for pick-up and drop-off was a bonus – I don't usually drive to the city, but I used it frequently to take my son to and from childcare when on parental leave. My son is now starting at a preschool close to home, but we will always look back on his time at Explore & Develop with gratitude and fondness. If you are looking for a childcare centre that goes above and beyond, I wholeheartedly recommend Explore & Develop Castlereagh Street. Read more

We love explore and develop castlereagh. Having had a disappointing experience at another daycare, we were so nervous to move in November 2023... We love explore and develop castlereagh. Having had a disappointing experience at another daycare, we were so nervous to move in November 2023 to explore and develop. 1.5 years on and three rooms later (banksia, waratah and Lilly pilly), our son loves his daycare and all his educators over all his rooms. Each transition to a new room has been so supported by the educators who truely care that he is happy and confident in his new environment. We are lucky to have found Paul and the team and can’t wait for our little girl to start in January in the beautiful baby room. Read more
