My child has been attending Aspire Cranbourne North for the past two years, and we’ve had a really positive experience. We’ve seen great progress in his overall development, especially with his self-feeding skills, which have improved significantly. The food also seems to be good, and the centre’s spacious facilities provide a great environment for the children to learn, play, and grow.<br><br>The teachers are friendly, caring, and approachable, which gives us confidence that our child is in good hands. A special mention to Buddhi from the management team, who has been incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our journey.

As a parent of a daughter who attends the 3-year-old Kindergarten program at Aspire Cranbourne North, we have been having a really positive experience with the centre. It is wonderful to see how comfortable and connected our daughter has become with the teachers and educators.<br>The educators are very approachable, friendly, caring and supportive. We really appreciate the warm relationships they build with the children and the way they communicate with us as parents.<br>The centre is also clean, organised and welcoming, with a positive environment for children to learn, play and develop.<br>Overall, we are very happy with our experience at Aspire Cranbourne North and would happily recommend the centre to other families.

Our experience at Aspire Cranbourne north was excellent. The management and whole staff is wonderful, really supportive and friendly. They made my child feel like home and helped him to adjust in the environment.

From the very beginning, we felt welcomed and supported by everyone at this childcare centre. Seeing our 3-year-old settle in so quickly and build such strong relationships with the educators has been incredibly reassuring.<br>The team creates a caring and positive environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and have fun. We've seen our child become more confident, curious, and eager to share what they've been doing each day. Thank you and we are highly recommend!

I would not recommend Aspire Early Education Cranbourne North based on our experience.<br><br>We observed our child on more than one occasion eating scraps from the ground, which was extremely concerning given she has a known milk allergy. Our child was also given dairy despite this allergy/intolerance, which caused significant distress and should not have occurred, ended up in emergency care and we were still charged for the recovery period with no sincere apologies or refund.<br><br>When we raised several concerns via email, phone calls, and meetings, we felt they were repeatedly dismissed. We did not feel we received an appropriate acknowledgment, apology, or resolution, and we were still charged for the full week despite raising these issues.<br><br>In addition, we are still being debited money four months after care ended, with no response to our attempts to contact them about this.<br><br>I also personally observed children sleeping in unsuitable areas, including one child asleep on toy steps with only a sheet covering them.<br><br>This was our family’s experience, and we hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve the safety and care provided to children attending, and the parents having to deal with the repercussions of this from the centre.
