As an aunty who has witnessed the experience my niece has had with Montessori Academy, I’m extremely disappointed with the way this centre appears to be run.<br><br>What concerns me most is the overall level of communication, professionalism and accountability I have personally observed. When serious concerns were raised about children’s wellbeing, I was disappointed by how these concerns appeared to be handled. I have also watched my once been so confident and social to now a very emotionally distressed little girl

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Montessori Academy.<br><br>What stood out to me most was the way our concerns were handled by the Assistant Centre Manager. I personally observed her smirking while we were trying to express how seriously we felt the situation needed to be treated. Seeing that reaction from someone in a management position was deeply concerning. As a parent, you expect your concerns about your child’s safety and wellbeing to be met with professionalism, empathy and respect.<br><br>We also had concerns about how another child with additional needs was being supported, which only added to our concerns about the overall approach to the situation.

Extremely disappointing experience with Montessori Academy.<br><br>My concerns extend beyond what happened to my own daughter. I was also deeply concerned by what I personally observed regarding the support, supervision and handling of another child with additional needs.<br><br>I raised concerns multiple times because I genuinely felt the situation was unfair to both my daughter and the other child. I believe every child deserves to be safe, supported and provided with the appropriate assistance to communicate and have their needs understood.<br><br>Children’s safety, wellbeing and individual needs should always be taken seriously.

My son has been going there since January 2026 and by far we’ve had the best experience compared to the other child care he has been to. He has developed his communication skills tremendously. he does more and more things independently. He takes great interest in exploring new things/ works just with household things. I believe most of this is encouraged by montessory academy. So happy to find this place. Even though its far us we continue to send him there because of his development and also he loves it there. He loves the educators and also the other kids.
