Their patience, creativity, and understanding made a real difference. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. The dedication, professionalism, and kindness of the staff have exceeded our expectations, and we are truly grateful for their commitment. Our child is thriving, actively learning fundamental skills such as counting numbers and identifying colors, and he always appears happy and content when we pick him up. The facility is meticulously managed, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children. We have never encountered any concerns related to hygiene, nutrition, or well-being, such as nappy rash, malnutrition, or dehydration, which speaks to the high standards upheld by the staff. Their dedication is further demonstrated through their prompt email responses, regular fortnightly newsletters—including detailed menus—and their invaluable assistance in navigating the childcare subsidy process with Centrelink. Additionally, the facility maintains outstanding cleanliness, reinforcing the level of care and attention provided. My toddler's separation anxiety had me starting to believe we would have to put off childcare until he was kindy aged. Now he walks in by himself and runs to give his educator a hug! I feel so safe leaving him there whilst I am at work, and I love hearing stories about his day. He is only 2, but the educators have him focussing better on books, science experiments and following routine. Best of all, he is starting to make friends. I would recommend this childcare to any Mum anxious about leaving her child with strangers. Read more
