I’ve had issues with this facility before my son has even started. There was a mistake on their end with his enrolments, during the phone call about this issue, the enrolment officer, Veronica Medina, was extremely rude to me. I will not be sending my son to a facility who have staff that speak to the parents like this. I also have witnesses who heard the phone call and the way she spoke to me. I’ve heard nothing but awful things about little Zak’s daycares around Newcastle. I have since found another daycare to send my son to.

Its been long time where i am getting call every week once or twice for incidents. Once my kid broke his arm now getting call for bitting and other incidents. He does not want to go to daycare. I would like to request management to please try to reduce. I feel like i am waiting call every day from daycare. And i will never recommend this daycare to others

We can't speak highly enough of Little Zak's MH. We simply love that our little one comes home with a smile, and with stories to tell us. The educators often have lovely stories to tell us about the day when we pick up which makes us feel like they genuinely care about the kids -- not just minding them until they go home. The staff are friendly, accommodating and professional. I recommend it for anyone.

My son has gone to preschool here for a year. Really happy with the level of care from his educators, including the attention given to emotional wellbeing and development of social skills. He loves his time at Little Zak’s and comes home talking about the fun things he did. Soccer classes are a favourite! We’ve found they do a really great job when it comes to school readiness. This has given my son a great foundation to head into big school next year. Really lovely, caring and committed educators and staff. Thanks guys!

Great service and facilities really impressed with the teaching and managing staff

Unfortunately, my experience with Little Zak’s after my child’s last day (30 June 2025) has been disappointing. Despite the centre’s error in overcharging me, I have been left waiting over a month for a refund with no clear explanation or timeframe provided. I followed up multiple times and was continually given vague responses. As of now, I’ve had to escalate the matter to NSW Fair Trading due to the lack of resolution and transparency. This has been frustrating and stressful, especially given it was entirely avoidable. I expected better accountability and communication from a professional childcare provider.

My daughter absolutely loves coming here and has learned so much already. It’s always clean, the educators are professional and lovely to the kids, the food looks yum and there are always new activities. I can’t thank Amber and her team enough.
