We simply love that our little one comes home with a smile, and with stories to tell us. The educators often have lovely stories to tell us about the day when we pick up which makes us feel like they genuinely care about the kids -- not just minding them until they go home. The staff are friendly, accommodating and professional. I recommend it for anyone. Read more

Really happy with the level of care from his educators, including the attention given to emotional wellbeing and development of social skills. He loves his time at Little Zak’s and comes home talking about the fun things he did. Soccer classes are a favourite! We’ve found they do a really great job when it comes to school readiness. This has given my son a great foundation to head into big school next year. Really lovely, caring and committed educators and staff. Thanks guys! Read more

Unfortunately, my experience with Little Zak’s after my child’s last day (30 June 2025) has been disappointing. Despite the centre’s error in overcharging me, I have been left waiting over a month for a refund with no clear explanation or timeframe provided. I followed up multiple times and was continually given vague responses. As of now, I’ve had to escalate the matter to NSW Fair Trading due to the lack of resolution and transparency. This has been frustrating and stressful, especially given it was entirely avoidable. I expected better accountability and communication from a professional childcare provider. Read more

We recently had the pleasure of touring Little Zac's Mount Hutton, and we couldn't be more impressed with what we saw. From the moment we walked in, we felt a sense of warmth and care that truly set this centre apart. The facilities are well-designed, spacious, and welcoming, providing an ideal environment for young children to learn and grow. What really stood out to us, however, were the educators. Their professionalism and dedication were evident in every interaction. They clearly care deeply about the children, and their approach to early childhood education is both nurturing and thoughtful. During our tour, it was evident that each educator takes the time to engage with the children, fostering a sense of security and curiosity that will be invaluable to our little one. We are excited for our child to start at Little Zac's Mount Hutton and confident that the nurturing and stimulating environment, combined with such passionate educators, will support our child's development and well-being. They provide a warm and inclusive atmosphere where each individual child feels cared for and supported. My daughter has a wonderful bond with her room teachers and she loves attending little zak’s to learn and explore. The daycare staff is responsive to all parents and provides updates on their child's daily experience A personal favourite of mine as it’s a nice thought knowing they are having a great day! The staff are friendly and take a keen interest in the best way to care and nurture the children. Drop offs and pick ups have become easy because of the relationships the staff have built with both ourselves (parents) and children. Awesome to see what the kids get up to daily via the app and through the conversations had with the staff upon pick up. Children get everything from outside playing and exploring, right through to building social connection/skills with others. The children love the food prepared by an in house professional. Have been to a few of their after care functions (Father’s Day, etc) now and had a great time. Great choice going here and would recommend. Read more
