We feel so incredibly lucky to be part of the Green Leaves Pelican Waters family. From the very first day, the love, warmth and genuine care shown to our children and to us as parent, has been nothing short of extraordinary. The educators are truly something special. We have had exposure from the baby room, through to the Toddler Room, Pre-Kindy and both Kindy rooms and feel so lucky for the educators at each and every stage. A huge, heartfelt thank you to the Educators in my son's journey - Miss Jo, Miss Brooke, Miss Stella, Miss Dinah, Miss Kelly, Miss Skye, Miss Carol, as well as so many others and in my daughter's journey - Miss Andrea, Miss Bree, Miss Hashi, Miss Amy, Miss Lily, Miss Peggy, Miss Jo, Miss Holly, Miss Kelly and Miss Jordan for the patience, kindness and encouragement you show every single day. The way you nurture confidence, independence and joy in learning is so beautiful to see. It’s obvious that this isn’t “just a job” to you ... you genuinely care, and it shines through in everything you do. I know I will have missed some educators by name here and I am so sorry for that, as it takes each and everyone and your level of input to create the very special culture that exists here. The Kindy Graduation ceremony last year will remain a huge highlight for us - so, so thoughtful in every way, engaging the children in the milestone through love and celebration, making incredible memories and supporting that with the most fabulous giftbag :) To Robyn, Andrea, Mandy, Kate and Leanne in the leadership and admin team, thank you for creating such a welcoming, supportive and positive environment. Your leadership sets the tone for the entire centre. We always feel heard, supported and valued as parents, and that means more than we can say. Knowing our children are in such capable, compassionate hands gives us complete peace of mind. And a very special thank you to Chef Adrian, Chef Brendan and Chef Sashie for the incredible meals you prepare each day! The variety, nutrition and care that goes into the food is amazing and hearing how much our children enjoys mealtimes makes us so happy. You also cater for incredibly picky eaters so well!! What truly sets Green Leaves Pelican Waters apart is the way they support not just the children, but the whole family. The communication, the updates, the thoughtful conversations at pick-up and drop-off, it all makes such a difference. We feel like partners in our child’s growth, and that kind of support is priceless. Our children have thrived here, socially, emotionally and academically and we couldn’t have asked for more. Watching their confidence grow and knowing they have Educators that champion their efforts is amazing. We are beyond grateful and would recommend Green Leaves Pelican Waters to any family looking for a safe, nurturing and truly exceptional early learning environment. Awesome experience for our daughter and family as a whole. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. We moved from the NT in April and can’t fault our experience mostly due to the supportive staff. Thank you very much.

We couldn’t recommend this daycare center more highly. The staff are incredibly warm and caring, and they provide exceptional care for our children. From the moment we arrive with Leanne at the door, until we leave with Miss Brooke and Miss Sam giving us the summary of the day, every single educator is so lovely. We've had both of our kids enrolled here and our experience has been nothing but positive. As a bonus, Adrian and Andrea (who is also another amazing educator) make some truly fantastic morning coffees – a great way to start the day!

Our daycare is absolutely incredible—caring staff, amazing learning, and most importantly… top-tier barista skills! Adrian keeps the coffee flowing, Robyn steps in like a true leader, and Andrea? Well, let’s just say if there were a latte art competition, she’d be the reigning champion. Fantastic daycare, all the educators are amazing- best on the coast, all 3 of my kids attend and have since 7 months. Brilliant.

Green Leaves Pelican Waters is an exceptional daycare that we highly recommend and award 6 stars. My son has been here since 8 months old, and at 4, he now has an extended family of staff, educators, friends, and families. The educators are compassionate and nurturing, offering incredible support and care. The center fosters a genuine community, thanks to the outstanding leadership of Robyn, who trusts and empowers her staff. Her focus on well-being, transparency and recognition creates a positive environment which clearly extends to the children. Communication with families is open, with regular updates and opportunities to provide feedback. Each individual staff contributes to all that is wonderful at Green Leaves. Chef Adrian is onsite and cooks the most amazing food for the children lots of healthy variety with input from all families of their children's favourites and cultural cuisines. Don't look anywhere else for a daycare 1000% Green Leaves Pelican Waters is the best!

Firstly all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The centre has a great atmosphere, always clean and tidy. My 2yr old loves going 4times a week.Drop offs are still hard for him some days but the staff take good care of him and within minutes his fine, They have so many different outdoor activities for the children, great to see all the kids playing together. I would recommend sending your kids here 110%

if you were thinking about enrolling at this daycare .. do it !. My oldest child has been attending since the nursery and is now in the kindergarten program getting all the foundations set in place to roll confidently into prep next year. every child at green leaves is treated as an unique individual , respected and listened to. the kindergarten program has been great for my 5 year old and he has improved greatly at his reading , writing , counting and pronunciation over the year. The staff at green leaves pelican waters are great and they have really created a lovely community atmosphere in the centre ,often participating in and teaching the children about sustainable practices . they have an awesome chef and often change up the menus to suit the weather. extra curricular activities such as gardening and yoga classes and much much more ! you can even order a coffee on your way in and pick it up on your way out or even sit in parent lounge area and unwind. the choice is yours. would recommend 100% 10/10
