Based on my family’s experience, I absolutely do NOT recommend this childcare centre. The management was extremely disappointing. Almost everything we were promised during the initial tour and enrolment process turned out to be completely different from what we actually experienced over the following year. The centre frequently smelled strongly of mould remover or harsh chemicals, which was very concerning for a childcare environment. The food quality was also far below expectations. What upset me the most was regularly picking up my son with his face completely covered in sand — including sand inside and around his eyes on many occasions. This happened far too often and showed a serious lack of supervision and care. My son stayed there for around a year. Honestly, by around month 6, I was already certain we needed to move him. The only reason we stayed longer was because he had made close friends there and, based on advice from his psychologist, we tried to avoid disrupting his social environment too quickly. After finally changing centres, I also escalated my concerns to higher management. Unfortunately, instead of support or accountability, it felt like management simply protected their own director and dismissed our concerns. To be fair, there were a few educators who genuinely cared about the children and did their best. Unfortunately, the overall management, communication, hygiene concerns, and consistency of care completely outweighed the positives for our family. In my opinion, families should think very carefully before enrolling their children here.

There are covered balconies for all-weather play, along with bikes, gardens, a mud kitchen, sand pit and more for the children to explore. In this natural environment, they put their physical and gross motor skills to the test as they learn through play.
