This centre helps your kids gain confidence, self-esteem, and helps each individual child with their own interests and identity. I have been to a few daycares and never been so impressed by one! My children are sensitive souls and the care and love that they receive from the minute we walk in the door from the managers and girls on reception to their rooms and the same kindness as we leave. I have never felt more comfortable or safe leaving my children there, knowing they are in the best hands.

Absolutely LOVE Imagine Childcare Marsden. Friendly and accommodating right from the start. It has been the best decision I could have made for both my children!! Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Marsden believes that each child is a capable and confident learner. The centre understands that nutrition plays an important role in each child’s physical development as well as their attitudes towards healthy food.

All meals and snacks are prepared onsite by professional qualified chefs every day. The children work alongside the Educators to care for the centre’s vegetable patches, and these vegetables are then used in the kitchen or for cooking experiences with the children.

The Educators use meal time as an opportunity to share positive experiences around food and to help children develop social skills such as sharing and turn taking. They role model positive behaviours and attitudes, and involve the children in the menu planning.

All food allergies, intolerances, cultural requirements and family preferences are taken into account by consulting with parents when meal planning for the children.

Morning

Kimberly is ten months old and starts her day on the mat with her friends. The children's Educators are singing some nursery rhymes and Kimberly claps along.

Lunchtime

Kimberly and her friends are sitting with an Educator outside to read some books in the shade. As she didn’t sleep well last night, Kimberly is going to have an earlier nap today in the sleeping area.  

Afternoon

The children are outside and Kimberly heads over to the mud kitchen. She scoops some mud into a muffin tray to make some pretend chocolate cakes.
