The staff at Gaurdian Childcare & Education are wonderful. Very family friendly, happy and clean facility. The chef cooks everything from scratch and only uses fresh ingredients. The children are always doing new and exciting activities as well as developing their skills and imagination.

We have been extremely happy with the care and support provided by the team. Our child is very well looked after and the staff have been incredibly accommodating with their routine and individual needs. We receive daily updates about their day, including what they have been learning and participating in, which gives us great reassurance and helps us feel connected to our childs development. The handover process at the end of each day is always thorough and positive, and it’s clear the educators genuinely care about the children. Most importantly, our child is happy, thriving, and seems to be learning so much since starting here. We would highly recommend Guardian Manifold Heights to other families

Love this daycare centre. We recently moved and had to move our 2 and 5 year old, thinking it was going to be a really difficult transition but Manifold Guardian has been so supportive and kind and it has made a world of difference. The staff are so lovely and my children find such comfort there, they create so much fun and truly care about the wellbeing of the kids. Couldn’t recommend the centre and the lovely team more.

We have had the worst experience at this day care centre. The child was constantly sick and there were no proper hygiene management. We have moved our child to another day care and he is doing much better now. They are very commercial and money grabbing institution. They charged us full fees for public holidays saying if you can cancel afterwards they you don’t receive CCS. No statement and proper explanation was given and the centre manager was utterly rude. Will be lodging a formal complaint with VECRA.

A very dodgy daycare centre.

I had a very disappointing experience with this childcare centre. During our time there, I often felt that my child was not being properly cared for or supervised. There were multiple instances where basic attention to hygiene and wellbeing seemed lacking, which resulted in my child falling sick far more frequently than expected. Communication from the centre was inconsistent, and concerns raised were not addressed with the level of seriousness you would hope for when it comes to a child’s care. On top of that, there were ongoing issues with direct debit processing, which caused unnecessary stress and reflected poor administrative management. Since moving my child to a different daycare, the difference has been remarkable. My child is noticeably healthier, happier, and thriving in a much more attentive and well-managed environment. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this centre to other parents.

Large centre, that although appears nice and new, lacks that warm and welcoming feeling that little kids need. The centre manager certainly adds to this feeling. Our girl found it very hard to settle in this environment especially as it was often hectic and chaotic on arrival. Structure and activity play seemed absent. Screens also used as teaching aid. Teachers were nice enough but changing day to day. I would certainly look at other options if you’re looking for well rounded care.

As both an educator and a parent, I truly cannot thank the educators enough for the care, effort, and dedication they put into my children’s learning. The kinder learning program has really impressed me—their ability to create meaningful, engaging learning experiences has had such a positive impact. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunities they provide and the genuine passion they bring to the children every day.
