My two boys attended this centre. We had many incidents happen, that ultimately led to pulling them out due to negligent care. I... My two boys attended this centre. We had many incidents happen, that ultimately led to pulling them out due to negligent care. I am now so scared to send my children to childcare after our experience here. Problems can arise, but what matters in resolving them is the response, empathy and care that follows. Unfortunately, in our experience we didn’t once receive any empathy to what had been occurring with my children. Instead we were made to feel like it would be easier for management to let us leave the centre than make some positive changes to the care that is provided in this centre. Which is a failure to all the families they are providing care for. This again is being reflected in this disappointing email being sent out to parents asking for incentives in return for positive reviews. I ask why not improve your practices to gain honest reviews, instead of deceiving prospective parents? Updated to add the centres recent assessment and rating score. The centre must legally display this for all parents but in case they don’t I have provided it. There’s some serious issues going on if they aren’t even meeting minimum standards for children’s health and safety. The evidence says it all Read more

After a challenging search for a childcare that truly understood our daughter's special needs, we found our answer here. From my first conversation with Taylah, I knew this was the inclusive and supportive environment we needed as a family. We honestly never thought our daughter would be ready for school in 2025. Yet, after starting here in mid 2024, she had absolutely flourished. The transformation in just six months, particularly with Aman and the entire team's incredible support, has been amazing. Both our children showed significant positive changes within their very first week! What truly sets this center apart is their commitment to working with families around what your child needs. Any time an issue or changes arose, they consistently made time to sit down with us and develop a clear plan moving forward. Now, our youngest is also thriving in her final year of kinder, growing in confidence and finding her own unique voice, all thanks to the wonderful care from Kiran and Leeza. This center has been nothing short of a blessing for our family, providing an incredibly supportive and inclusive environment where both our children have been empowered to learn and grow beyond our expectations.
