This is the most heartfelt review I’ve ever written — thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, to Prodigy Fraser Rise. We toured many centres before choosing a daycare for our daughter, and while Prodigy first caught our eye with its bright, clean spaces and beautiful books and toys, it was the warmth of the people that truly stole our hearts. What we didn’t realise then was how much love, care, and kindness lived within those walls. Every educator at Prodigy has a heart full of love for children. They are not just carers — they are nurturers, cheerleaders, and gentle guides. As parents, we’ve never felt so safe and supported leaving our daughter anywhere else. In just a short time, they helped her grow in confidence, curiosity, and joy. She found a second home — and we found a second family. The little girl who once cried at the thought of daycare now gets ready each morning with a big smile and bright eyes. That transformation is thanks to the magic of Prodigy. We often say, “I wish we had found them sooner.” Because this place… it’s the village we never had, and the one every parent dreams of. We are forever grateful and would recommend Prodigy to any family, wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

My daughter has been attending Prodigy Early Learning Centre in Fraser Rise for her 4-year kinder, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The centre is new and clean, creating a welcoming and safe environment for the children. The staff are wonderful—friendly, attentive, and caring. They maintain goodcommunication with us, providing regular updates on our child's progress and activities. My daughter is always excited to go to the centre and speaks highly of the staff and the fun, engaging activities they offer. Overall, Prodigy Early Learning Centre is a fantastic place for early childhood education. Highly recommended!

Great centre. Both my children go here and they enjoy it very much. The owner Karen is really lovely and is very involved in the everyday management. There have been a few accidents for my children but they've taken it seriously, and has shown improvements right after the incident. I'm very happy with the centre.

Extremely impressed with the level of care and effort at the centre. All the staff here are so warm and welcoming Centre is presented really well, rooms are lovely and bright, children involved in interesting, interactive activities daily. We love getting updates from educators with pictures and stories about our children day and activities they been involved.

Our experience with Prodigy ELC was wonderful and we are extremely happy with the education and care were given to our son. The educators in Big Learners & Kindercrossing were wonderful. Thank you for taking care of him so well. My son learned so much from there and they did an excellent job at preparing him for Foundation year. Thank you to the management team at Prodigy for always being so helpful and taking great care of each child. Our time at your centre was memorable and filled with many great things. Highly recommend the centre.

Absolutely love Prodigy learning. Staff are wonderful. Every single person there are lovely. My little munchkin feels so loved every time she’s there and doesn’t want to leave. They update the app every day so you always know what’s happening and what your child is learning. They teach them so much and are always doing fun indoor and outdoor activities like planting in their garden and learning. I highly recommend this centre. Today I went to pick my daughter up and she didn’t want to leave. She wanted to keep having fun. It’s like a big family there. The staff really care for the families and children. They also clean so well and are very hygienic. I could keep writing about how much I love it here. Thanks team and thanks to the beautiful owner Karen! ❤️

Very neat and clean facility. Experienced, Friendly and helpful staff.

The centre had a rocky start but once it sorted CCS our and the staff were settled the centre has become good. The main annoyance was the poor communication around how the centre bills from the Director. Our two children were attending for 8 hours or less 5 days a week. Yet we were being charged for the full 12 hour day which includes 2 hours that the childcare subsidy doesn't cover. Somehow though the centre charges these additional hours on the 5th of each week. So to avoid being charged the 10 hours a week that the CCS doesn't cover we need to take our kids 4 days a week. We have never attended a centre that charges like this. Only once have we been charged an additional 2 hours not covered by CCS at a different centre. This was due to an admin error as their system. Was down and no one could sign their kid out. The centre fixed this though. The centre has mentioned verbally that the Centre is now operating on a billing system of 10 hours days with CCS and if the kid stays over 10hours on a give day, they are charged the 2 hours without CCS. This is a good step in the right direction but I don't recall official communications about the change in their terms and conditions and I've received no documents to sign about it either. This is a step in the right direction but it doesn't give us our money back and the centre still seems to need to improve on its administration about notifying its customers to changes in the T&Cs.

I cannot speak highly enough of Renu, the operational manager at Prodigy Early Learning. Her genuine passion for early childhood education have truly made a significant impact on children’s early learning journey. Her love for children is evident in everything she does, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where they can thrive and learn. Her exceptional dedication and excellent communication keeps parents well-informed and reassured. The center is immaculate, well-organized, and designed to cater to the developmental needs of each individual. I have to say that Renu's attention to detail is remarkable, ensuring that every aspect of the center meets the highest standards of quality and safety. More importantly, it is evident that she goes above and beyond to create an inclusive environment that fosters growth, curiosity, and a love for learning❤️

Prodigy early learning is extremely lucky to have Renu as their Operations & Centre Manager. With more than a decade long experience in long day care settings, she has unparalleled knowledge and hands-on practice working with young children and families. She is attentive to each child/family, taking time to care for and support them at each point of their journey in early childhood education. The team of educators in her leadership are nurtured to become quality teachers. Renu deeply cares for her community and it shows through her patience and attention to detail.
