Safety

Aspire is proud to be a sector leader in child safety, taking a proactive, reflective and community-informed approach to meeting and embedding the 11 Child Safe Standards throughout our organisation.

Through collaboration, reflection, and transparency, we ensure that safeguarding is more than compliance. This includes conducting rigorous recruitment checks, holding ongoing staff training, and implementing age-appropriate programs that build children’s awareness, confidence, and voice.
We actively collaborate with families and engage children in conversations that build trust, respect, and a shared culture of care. Regular reflection and review ensure that child safety remains dynamic, responsive, and consistently prioritised across the organisation.

Supporting growing independence through engaging activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.

• 3-Year-Old Early Learning Program
Designed to build confidence, creativity, and foundational skills through meaningful learning experiences.

Preparing children for a confident transition to school by strengthening independence, communication, early literacy and numeracy, and lifelong learning skills.

Health and Nutrition

Health and Nutrition

At Aspire, we see mealtimes as an important part of every child's learning journey. Sharing nutritious meals together helps children build confidence around food, explore new flavours, and establish healthy eating habits that can last a lifetime. Our approach is guided by the Australian Dietary Guidelines, ensuring every meal supports children's wellbeing and development.

Our seasonal menus include a wide range of fresh vegetables, fruit, whole grains, dairy foods, and quality protein sources such as lean meats, fish, eggs, and legumes. We focus on providing balanced, wholesome meals made with nutritious ingredients while limiting added sugar and salt. Water is encouraged throughout the day to support healthy hydration.

Every meal is thoughtfully prepared with age-appropriate portion sizes to meet the changing nutritional needs of growing children. By creating positive mealtime experiences and offering a diverse selection of nourishing foods, we help children develop healthy food choices, enjoy trying new tastes, and build a strong foundation for lifelong wellbeing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We’ve had an amazing experience with Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten – Deanside Village, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and support they provide.

When my daughter first joined, she was very shy, clingy, and struggled to settle into the new environment. The first few weeks were quite challenging, but the educators were incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive throughout the transition.

Fast forward just three months, and the change has been incredible! She now happily looks forward to going to daycare, which is something we never imagined during those initial days. Seeing her grow in confidence, become more independent, and genuinely enjoy her time there has been wonderful.

A special thank you to Manpreet Kaur and Shafali for their kindness, dedication, and the genuine care they show towards the children. Their friendly and nurturing approach has made such a positive difference in our daughter's experience.

The learning and developmental activities are fantastic, and it's reassuring to see how much effort goes into keeping the children engaged, learning, and developing new skills.

Another thing we really appreciate is the regular and timely updates through the story park app. Being able to see what our daughter has eaten, when she has slept, and updates about her daily activities gives us great peace of mind throughout the day.

As parents, nothing matters more than knowing your child is happy, safe, and well cared for. Aspire Deanside Village has given us exactly that.

A huge thank you to the entire team for making our daughter's daycare journey such a positive experience. Highly recommend Aspire Deanside Village to any parents looking for a caring, friendly, and supportive environment for their little ones!

I don’t usually write reviews, but Andrea genuinely deserves to be recognised for the kind of manager she is. As a parent whose child attends this childcare centre, I have personally witnessed something that really stands out about her. She doesn’t just sit in her office and manage the centre; she walks into the rooms, checks on her team, and genuinely asks the educators, Hey girls, do you need any help? Do you need any extra support? Just let me know, okay? I’m just at the front.❤️
It might sound like a small thing, but to me, it says so much about a person. It shows that she cares, that she notices people, and that she wants her team to feel supported rather than left to manage everything on their own. You can genuinely see the difference when a manager leads with kindness, humility, and a caring heart.
The educators are lovely, too, and I truly appreciate the work they do with the children. But Andrea deserves a special mention because, honestly, I have never come across a childcare manager quite like her. The way she carries herself, the way she speaks to her staff, and the genuine warmth she brings to the centre are something special.
As a parent, knowing that your child is in an environment where the people behind the scenes care so much makes a real difference. Andrea creates the kind of atmosphere where care seems to extend beyond the children to the people who look after them every day.

A good manager runs a centre, but an exceptional manager makes people feel supported, valued, and cared for. Andrea is that kind of manager.Thank you Andrea, for being the wonderful person you are. You are truly one of a kind! 🌷🤗
