Very rude behaviour and threaten by the management. Not respect to the families when families asked about any documents that they request. I would recommend families to stop sending your kids in Ramlegh Kindergarten centre. Management they don’t care about your time and life they just greedy only for $$$.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would!! ‼️‼️‼️ While my child truly loved their educators and built wonderful relationships, my experience as a parent with this centre has been extremely disappointing. Communication from management is poor, and it’s often impossible to get a straight answer or any meaningful follow-up. There have been constant changes in management and an extremely high staff turnover, which does nothing to inspire confidence. It’s also concerning that many of the recent “positive” Google reviews appear to come from current educators or management themselves including the glowing review from Anjie, the current centre manager (and former area manager). These reviews are not an honest reflection of the centre. While everyone is entitled to their opinion, a look at the negative reviews and the number of likes they receive compared to the positive ones shows that a lot of people agree with the negative reviews. On social media, the centre may look polished and welcoming, but behind the scenes it’s a very different story. It often feels like the centre prioritises income over children’s wellbeing. I have frequently noticed far too many children in a room compared to the number of educators, and my child was often moved up to different rooms simply because they didn’t have enough staff to safely meet ratios. More often than not as well there would be no locker for my child’s bags as they were over booked. As a parent, I have felt treated poorly at times, and I can only imagine how the educators feel. While some days the staff are smiling, it’s clear they are tired, overworked, and unsupported. The educators clearly care deeply for the children, but they are let down by ineffective management, poor communication, and a focus on profit over care. It’s unfortunate because the children genuinely benefit from the educators’ care but as a parent, Stay clear of this centre!!!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with (Aspire Ramlegh) The centre staff is warm, caring, and genuinely with family and invested in the children’s development. Our child loves going every day and has learned so much — from new words and songs to improved social skills and confidence. The communication with parents is excellent; they keep us updated with photos, activities, and progress reports. The environment is always clean, safe, and welcoming, and it’s clear that the team goes above and beyond to create a fun and nurturing atmosphere. We’re so grateful to have found Aspire Ramlegh and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a loving, professional childcare setting

Unfortunately, across the last few months the centres management was extremely disappointing with many families and staff leaving. Don’t be fooled by the recent influx of (convenient) 5 star reviews, especially the glowing review from “Anjie” who actually happens to be the new manager there (former area manager) - quite deceiving tbh

DOES ANYONE ACTUALLY SIT AT THE FRONT DESK?? Every time we drop / pick up our children there’s never anyone at the front desk. This is highly concerning and we would expect management to fix this immediately

I would not recommend Aspire Ramlegh. The management has turned over multiple times and unfortunately each new manager seems to make this place worse. Communication was virtually non existent, and when concerns were raised, management showed little interest in listening. The environment itself was often chaotic. Rooms and toilets were consistently messy, and on many occasions I noticed the staff to child ratios weren’t being met. Basic needs weren’t prioritised either, children didn’t always have easy access to a toilet. Rather than engaging with the kids through reading, staff would sometimes just put on YouTube videos of someone else reading books. Nutrition was another major concern. We repeatedly saw children being served sultanas and grated cheese as their “meal,” with little thought for a balanced diet. On top of that, the centre’s security was inadequate, the front door wouldn’t shut or latch properly, meaning anyone could have walked in unchecked. There was rarely anyone at reception to monitor who came and went. There was a particular incident that significantly upset our son after being dragged across the room by his head because he did not want to hug that child. We fully recognise that challenging behaviours can happen in any childcare setting; however, what deeply concerned us was how this situation was handled by Aspire’s management. A member of the management team told us that our son “should’ve just let the boy hug him,” implying that he was at fault for setting a boundary. This response was incredibly disappointing and showed a lack of understanding about teaching children consent, boundaries, and how to appropriately manage conflict. Overall, the lack of care, poor management, non existent communication and unsafe environment made us deeply concerned for our child’s wellbeing at Aspire.

I’m so grateful for the wonderful work the entire team does with my children. Every staff member shows genuine care, patience, and dedication, creating such a positive environment. The centre is always well organised and welcoming, which gives me great peace of mind. Thanks for creating such a happy place for our kids every day.

As a new family walking in to explore childcare options, I was warmly welcomed at Aspire Ramlegh even though I didn’t have a booked tour. The staff greeted me with big smiles and happily took the time to show me around the centre. The space is absolutely beautiful , clean, bright, and thoughtfully set up. What stood out the most was the way the information was shared with me. Everything was explained clearly, especially around the childcare subsidy and the steps I need to take for enrolment. A special thank you to Soulayma for her kindness and patience. As a first-time parent new to Australia, she made me feel comfortable and ensured I understood everything. Her support meant a lot. Thank you again you have a beautiful centre and a truly welcoming environment.
